They open at 5 am and I was there 5:10 am 5 days in row and I couldn’t get anything. One of the baker said she is not here and he can’t give me anything. Business shouldn’t be running this way! I’ve wasted my time! Never going back !

BAGELWICH in Verona is my go to bagel shop. They make the bagels the way I like them. Kind of well done and a little crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with an excellent about of seeds or whatever is on the outside. My favorites are the everything bagel sticks and whole wheat everything bagels. The THEC breakfast sandwiches are excellent too as well as the egg platters.

This is a town staple. Always good fresh bagels. Even though they get busy on weekends, its never to long of a wait if you walk in. 5/5 currently eating my sausage egg and cheese on a bagel and felt compelled to review.

Called in an order, was told wait time would be 20 minutes. After an over hour wait and having to flag down 3 employees to get any service and ask where my order was, there was still no response except "it's being made". While waiting for my food multiple people placed their orders and were served before me. Horrible experience and total waste of my time
