Asked for a decaf ice coffee. Took them 3 times to make it after serving regular. Then it’s completely watered down and days old. Terrible dunkin!

Very inconsistent coffee quality. It often tastes different and sometimes burnt even after brewing a new batch likely because they aren't cleaning the brewing equipment well. The Midnight blend is best but frequently sits too long and tastes burnt. Great potential here, but management needs to urgently fix cleanliness and consistency. I'll check back later and update my review

Horrible place...Staff with very bad attitude and behavior. Some staff they always chew something while taking and making order. This a food store. They not spouse to eat or chew something while preparing the food order for customers.

Terrible terrible service… one young lady works here around the age of 20 if not younger.. most unfriendly person I’ve ever met, I have gone here other times too, there is one younger Indian man and an older Indian women who were very kind and sweet, but other staff members are extremely terrible, unfriendly, and downright rude. Good and drinks here are great, atmosphere sucks but other than the service and the atmosphere the food & drinks are amazing.

This Dunkin is the slowest Dunkin I have ever been to. Mobile ordering only works sometimes. They need more people working. 2 people working for the morning rush just doesn’t cut it!

If I could give this location a zero, I would. My very first order at this location was for a Matcha latte and I was given coffee. I did not realize the error since I was rushing back to work. Second visit, I ordered a small hot Matcha latte without sugar and the opposite was what I got. I came back in and complained to the manager for the error as I handed him the drink, and all he did was defend his mistake and argue. How hard is it to tell the difference between a sugary and a non-sugary drink since this is the only drink I order from DD. So I know the difference. He tells me that Matcha in itself is very sugary and I’m like what? I left without getting a refund or replacement. This place sucks and I absolutely do not recommend. I

Ordered a sweet black pepper bacon sandwhich on a croissant like I always do. This sandhwich included the white cheddar cheese that really brings it all together. To say I was let down this morning is an understatement. When unwrapping my favorite sandwhich in the world I was met with the bright yellow, highly processed American cheese. This does not work on this sandwhich. The American cheese does not go with the sweet black pepper bacon. All I wanted this morning was a Dunkin breakfast sandwhich is that too much to ask for?

I stopped in said hello,how are you?, to an older Indian woman. She did not respond so I asked again.Everything I asked for they did not have. I asked for a glazed doughty she moved her garbage can and proceeded to serve me with that same gloved hand she moved the garbage with. I'm calling Bloomfield city TY o see how it is they have a right to serve food to the community.😳
