Worst dunkin experience I’ve ever had. 3 cars in front of me and I waited half an hour. Get my food and even after asking me to confirm my order, I get an order not even close to mine. Staff was in no hurrr whatsoever to keep the line

Very impolite called my order big when it was just two sandwiches and some hash browns and proceeded to mess up the order.I ordered 1 bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel and 1 bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. However I got 2 croissants, now I would understand if they gave me a different kind a bagel but a whole different kind of bread? Come on now I expect more from the Dunkin franchise

I stopped in said hello,how are you?, to an older Indian woman. She did not respond so I asked again.Everything I asked for they did not have. I asked for a glazed doughty she moved her garbage can and proceeded to serve me with that same gloved hand she moved the garbage with. I'm calling Bloomfield city TY o see how it is they have a right to serve food to the community.?

I try not to judge a place on a single bad serving as when it’s busy or just an off day it happens.Keeping that in mind however I have stopped at this Location several times now as it’s convenient since it is around the corner from me.I have unfortunately never gotten a correct drink order. There has been times where I’ve ordered multiple drinks for friends and family and multiple drinks have come out incorrectly and at this point either staff is not trained or they do not care enough to look at the order they are making.Several times I have ordered cold brew and gotten regular iced coffee.I always order oatmilk and have yet to receive it either it’s regular milk or even no milk at all.Anytime I’ve ordered a signature or unique drink.. well you get the idea.Regretfully this locations service is terrible and it’s atmosphere already lacks as it’s at a Gas station tucked into a corner that is already home to a “convience store”

Worst Dunkin in the area. All employees are rude and none of them seem to want to do their job. Better off stopping somewhere else.
The staff is very courteous and work as fast as they can to provide you with service, especially during the morning rush. The food and drinks are good but are standard donut shop delicacies. They also have a bathroom, which is always a plus!

We stop here all the time for coffee and a snack. Sometimes in the afternoon for a Refresher.The staff are wonderful, especially Marlon and Jane.We often park so we can watch the fountains in the park across the street.
Whoever the Indian lady in charge is so rude. She screams at you even when you’re being polite. The people at the back don’t give you what you want and she claims you ordered the wrong thing even when your receipt specifies what you ordered.

The two women were so disrespectful that the gentleman next to me stepped into the conversation. Both women make a “go away motion” to the black male next to me (and his daughter) as if they were swatting a fly away. One women put her finger up to me, at which the other gentleman was very confused. Then, she made the same motion to me to go away as if I was a fly.All this was because I said they sold me the wrong item this morning. Then, when I returned this afternoon they undersold me the donuts ordered because they ran out (also didn’t have a variety) but never said anything and allowed me to leave with an under sold order.This service is insanely terrible. Also, I’ll report to corporate.

They ALWAYS get my order wrong. The only reason I go back there is because of the convenient location. Today, I ordered a medium peppermint mocha and they gave me a small latte.
