The company I work for uses them to cater events and I used them for the first time to cater my Christmas party Saturday night. Everyone was complementing how good the food was 😋 They delivered the food on time and hot as promised. They were really easy to work with over the phone and even the delivery guy was super nice. 👍🏻

I hosted a backyard wedding and hired Eight Hills Catering to cater Italian food for lunch, and cook BBQ for 125 people for dinner. I hired a chef and two servers for the day. My wife and I are soooo happy with EHC's service.
First off, the food was incredible. There were so many compliments being thrown around. The Eight Hills chicken was probably the fan favorite. And the BBQ food was amazing. I didn't need a condiment for the burgers because they were that good. BBQ chicken- insane .
Then, the service. The servers were perfect throughout the day. Hosting a backyard party... in the rain... can be very stressful. The servers were literally 11/10 helpful. They clearly were experienced because I was barely even needed... they knew all the answers and took initiative which was the perfect compliment to a long day. The chef also set up his own canopy because it was raining, and just dominated his role.
Our backyard parties will forever include EHC. There's not a second place. It's that simple. Highly highly recommend if you're hosting.

Seriously can’t say enough good things about Eight Hills. They were seriously fantastic from the initial catering inquiry all the way through delivery and equipment return. The food was out of this world good. The attention to detail and care when I was placing the order and finalizing details was exceptional. The amount of food and quality was top notch. All our guests were raving about the food. The delivery was on time and thoughtful. The driver was one of the kindest men and genuinely cared about us and the people he was providing food for. His set up and time spent making it perfect was outstanding. Even in the morning after delivering back the borrowed equipment someone from the restaurant offered to help unload our car. Can’t recommend them enough for a party/catering or just a meal! We will definitely be using again!

Excellent food. Just a but tough to feed 4 people with the amount of food you get with the take-out dinners. I'd rather pay a few bucks more and get a bit more food ... OR ... have an option to add extra food on your order. It will feed 4, but not 4 HUNGRY adults. That's the truth. Food is excellent, though!

My cousin booked them for our family BBQ and surprise 60th birthdays, and they did a fabulous job! The food was fresh, hot and plentiful! We had appetizers of shrimp cocktail, Italian antipasto, and fresh salads, For dinner the typical hot dogs and burgers were served but we also had marinated chicken on the bone and stesk teriyaki. Everything was so delicious and cooked perfectly. My daughter likes her burgers well done and they accommodated her no problem. The whole staff from the cook to servers were so friendly and attentive. They helped lookout for the guests we were surprising and kept everyone happy and full! The photos I took are the leftovers!! Highly recommend this awesome company!
