The company I work for uses them to cater events and I used them for the first time to cater my Christmas party Saturday night. I hosted a backyard wedding and hired Eight Hills Catering to cater Italian food for lunch, and cook BBQ for 125 people for dinner. I hired a chef and two servers for the day. My wife and I are soooo happy with EHC's service.
