These empanadas are so delicious! Full, great quality ingredients and amazing variations. They reheat so perfectly in an air fryer too so take a bunch to go !

My fiance and I picked up a couple of empanadas when Empanada lady was at a festival close to our house this weekend. I love empanadas and I try them everywhere. I can confidently say these are my favorite so far. Insanely good. We will be going to the restaurant for sure.

I've been lucky enough to get her fresh food at West Milford Farmers Market. I get Rice & Beans with plantains (dads favorite) The empanadas... Mmmmmm... This last time, I got the Salsa Picante as well as Rice & beans... OMG... THE SALSA PICANTE.. HOLY COW... I have had anything as good in a long time... I can drink it right out of the bottle. Great spices with a little kick! BUY it!!

This has to be THE BEST Food truck ever! Not only were the empanadas Delicious I mean packed with flavorful fillings but also a crispy shell that is NOT greasy! But had to try the other things just to see. I’m always disappointed in cuban sandwiches unless im in Jersey city but they take the cake! So I always take frozen empanadas to take home so I can eat the other foods while I’m there! Haven’t been to the cafe yet but it’s my next stamp! Didn’t really need to leave this review because based on the lines the word is out!

Got empanadas from here on the 4th of July at overpeck park. The people serving were very nice and honestly the empanadas were delicious. Lots of flavors and so unique. The chicken chipotle empanada was the only thing I ate at the entire festival and I immediately got food poisoning, feeling sick all night within 20 minutes of eating it. Not sure if it’s because the empanadas were out while serving, but it’s unfortunate that something so good led to that. Don’t want this to make people not go to the restaurant because a restaurant environment is very different from an outdoor festival, just want the owners to be more cautious at events where there is more pressure and the timing of the food can be left out too long can be overlooked.

Little disappointed . Fries were really dry. No taste. Spinach and cheese empanada along with the beef empanada was very good. Churros had slotting cinnamon on it that I loved. But we’re kind of dry as well .

I called to put in an order of empanadas kind of last minute for a birthday party. We got thirty of the regular size: chicken, beef, Indian samosa, and spinach & feta. The woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the young man who checked me out when I came to pick them up was so friendly, and even offered to get the door for me as I walked out with the huge tray. I tried each of the four flavors that we ordered and they were all absolutely delicious. I am definitely looking forward to using them for future parties and also whenever I’m craving an empanada myself (which is always). So happy to find a great empanada place close to home!

Writing this in the parking lot as I just inhaled the two empanadas I got (cubano and 3 cheese). Crunchy, delicious, filling. And the homemade hot sauce?! So good. Probably the best empanadas I’ve ever had.
Saw the empanada lady café as we were driving by and decided to stop in for a little snack on a cold day. This was probably the best decision ever! When we walked, we were greeted very warmly and we were almost immediately serviced to. The empanadas were fried fresh as soon as we put in our order. We only had to wait for five minutes and we had fresh warm crispy empanadas ready for us to either enjoy there or take home. I can’t even begin to express how amazing the chicken and potato and was along with the spinach and feta empanada. Looking forward to going back to try the buffalo chicken with gorgonzola empanada. Highly recommend going if you are in the area!
