I called to put in an order of empanadas kind of last minute for a birthday party. We got thirty of the regular size: chicken, beef, Indian samosa, and spinach & feta. The woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the young man who checked me out when I came to pick them up was so friendly, and even offered to get the door for me as I walked out with the huge tray. Writing this in the parking lot as I just inhaled the two empanadas I got (cubano and 3 cheese). Crunchy, delicious, filling. And the homemade hot sauce?! So good. Probably the best empanadas I’ve ever had.
Saw the empanada lady café as we were driving by and decided to stop in for a little snack on a cold day. This was probably the best decision ever! When we walked, we were greeted very warmly and we were almost immediately serviced to. The empanadas were fried fresh as soon as we put in our order. We only had to wait for five minutes and we had fresh warm crispy empanadas ready for us to either enjoy there or take home. I can’t even begin to express how amazing the chicken...
