I am writing this review to express my deepest gratitude to the team at Mikes Ice Cream Trucks for their exceptional support and prompt response to our request on short notice. The level of service we received was truly outstanding.Our event was an absolute success, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. I want to give a special mention to Steve, who was part of the team that assisted us. His energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism made a significant impact on the success of the event. I am truly grateful for his outstanding contribution.I also appreciate the team's attention to detail and their willingness to accommodate our needs. We had Mike's Ice Cream Trucks come to our facility for Employee Appreciation. They accommodated us last minute, less than 24 hours. Very easy to work with and to communicate with. Steve was so personable and greeted the staff with a smile! We will definitely be using them again!

We booked Mike's ice cream truck for a block party. He arrived 20 minutes early before booked time, which is great! Only 3 children were available at the time to enjoy ice cream. About 20 minutes after he served them, he said he had other places to go to, and he assured my husband he would swing back around to our event before 7 pm (When I booked the truck, I emailed Mike stating it was a block party from 4-7 pm). I texted Mike's cell before 6 asking when he would return, did not hear back. At 6:30, we called him and he stated "the truck is in for the night, I have dinner plans so I am not coming back." He told us that I did not inform him it was a block party event, and that he understood this was a birthday party at 4, serve kids ice cream then leave shortly after. Never the case, I have emails back and forth with these details. We were bummed of course, as an ice cream truck was promised for the neighborhood! Mike missed out on a lot of business by not returning.Insanely unprofessional, will never book him again, and I would think twice before using his services. Plenty of other options out there! Keep googling.

Cancelled on my daughters 4th birthday party when I called him the day of the party, 10 minutes before he was suppose to show. Said he thought it was next week. Our emails had the dates of the party. Unreliable. Unorganized. Zero stars…Take your business elsewhere…

Mikes and his Trucks are the best. I have used him the past 2 years at our schools events in East Hanover and he is prompt and always stocked and so courteous and accommodating. The best prices and so easy to work with. He can work with 20 people or a school or 400. I wouldn’t use anyone else. The BEST!

I got Mike's Ice Cream Truck today for my daughter and son's birthday and am so glad we did! Steve took care of us today he was patient because he actually got there early and we were still waiting on guest. I highly recommend them! Definitely going to book them in the future! ZERO STARS! This company bailed on my wedding day. I confirm six months in advance, three months in advance, two weeks in advance and then a few days in advance and they never showed up. The event started at 4 PM, we confirmed 1 million times that you were coming at 7:00 PM. The party started at 4pm, they knew this and their company called me one time, and emailed me at 5:30 to ask if I still wanted you to come. AS IF I WOULD ANSWER during the wedding?!??! I have never been treated this way, and this was so disrespectful. They knew that they were supposed to be there. And best of all I called back a ton of times, emailed and texted and they never responded to any of my phone calls or emails on that day or after the fact and it’s clear that the company doesn’t care.AND THEN two weeks ago, they send me a marketing email!!! How dare they after they let me down on the day of my event. I can’t believe that this is the only response (the marketing email) I’ve gotten since that day in October. No apology, no response, no email, no text message, no phone call, nothing. and STILL NOTHING.I would not recommend this company to anyone, and that’s too bad because I own a private party business and I would’ve loved to have recommend them to my clients, but that’s definitely not happening now.I hope they don’t do what they did to me to any of their other clients.

Mike's was very responsive and to my surprise moved their schedule to make it to our Block party with only a day's notice. Kids loved the truck and Ed was great. Lots of great options. We'll definitely have them back for next year's block party.
Mike's Ice Cream Truck made such a memorable day for our Macopin musicians on Friday, May 14th. Our ice cream man, Rich was lovely, patient and accommodating. It was just what I imagined for our students, blue skies, the nostalgic ice cream truck melodies, smiles and ice cream! Totally worth it! Best wishes for much continued success with your business!
