Had a great time at Shake Man. Service was fast and the chocolate taco was delicious. Traditionally it’s served with vanilla, but I was feeling cookie dough and the staff was very accommodating.

I decided to come to today to try the fall flavors, I had the sea salted caramel apple spoon shake and I would definitely recommend it! Definitely a good fall shake! Gaby was who helped me out tonight and she was great! I would for sure rush to Shakeman to try these new flavors!

Came here again on Sept 29 at 720 pm, closing early for weather in an enclosed location. This will be my last visit. The employer needs to reevaluate the business.

Have had pretty good shakes from here initially, but showing up anytime within an hour and a half of closing and have found the establishment closed. It would be greatly appreciated to have hours posted at the physical location as what is posted online, 3pm to 9pm daily, is not reflected.

Showed up on Labor Day at opening hours. Hung around for 1/2 hour after opening time. Even saw someone go in the back. Never opened, did not even acknowledge me. Yeah, great customer service. ?

When I visited, the vanilla soft serve dispenser was not working. Many of the Shakes were vanilla based, so it limited your choices.
Picked up a treat yesterday for me and my friend. The guy working the counter was super nice and I love the small shack feel. Unfortunately, two items cost me $15 for what I thought was an average-tasting shake and ice cream.

My fiancé and I came here at 9:23pm on Wednesday (7/24/24) came to the spot. They were actually closed on google but were helping “customers” yet right when they saw us they closed the window and said we’re closed. Totally get that they’re closed, however wasn’t sure if they were opening for someone that they knew…but seemed like some teenagers (summer job) who just wanted to clock the heck out and leave. Not that this matters but they lost the business of customers that were willing to buy things, tip them and try something new to come back again. Unfortunately we never tried this place most likely never will, I hate leaving a nasty review for a business as I am a buisness owner and wouldn’t want my employees turning away customers with a snap of a finger but it was a huge turn off.

Delicious variety, though specialty is definitely shakes. It's a little loud, being rt on Bloomfield ave and parking is tricky if you don't pass and turn toward the park. Otherwise service was fast and prices def cheaper than Westwood.

Just picked up four shakes for me, my wife, and kids. They were delicious and served quickly, with a smile. I was honestly torn between here and another trip to a nearby ice cream shop. I decided to try this new place out because the menu looked great, and I loved the owner’s perfect responses to the irrationally negative reviews elsewhere on this page. Great spot, check it out!
