Miracle on Bloomfield at The Parkside Social

We had such a wonderful time at The Parkside Social! Our family went there for dinner, and from the moment we stepped inside, everything felt just right. The atmosphere is beautiful—stylish yet cozy, with a welcoming vibe that made us feel relaxed and happy to be spending time together.
The service was top-notch—friendly, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. You can tell that the staff genuinely care about creating a great experience for their guests. We were greeted with warm smiles, and everything throughout the evening was smooth and pleasant.
And the food… just amazing! Every dish we ordered was full of flavor and beautifully presented. From the appetizers to the main courses and drinks, everything was made with care and high-quality ingredients. It was truly a treat for all of us. Each family member found something they loved, and we all kept sharing bites just to try it all!
We loved how family-friendly yet elegant the place felt—it’s not always easy to find a restaurant where you can bring a big family and still enjoy such a refined dining experience. The ambiance, the service, and the food all came together to make the evening truly special.

I absolutely love this restaurant. From the attentive staff to the amazing chefs I have not had one bad moment from this establishment. The decor feels natural and relaxing. The bar is very well stocked with just about any spirit or wine I could think of. And their desserts?Makes me wanna go back already for more. Eternally grateful to them for making our wedding and our one year wedding anniversary as special as they have.

We recently had our son’s baptism brunch at the Parkside Social and it was such an incredible experience, from start to finish. The online inquiry form/email was super simple to fill out. The catering manager, Melissa, was prompt and cordial in her reply to us and within a day or two, we were visiting the restaurant to take a look at the Oak room. It was the perfect choice for our intimate gathering. Melissa helped us curate the perfect menu for our day within our budget and helped us make changes along the way to best suit our needs. Her professionalism and attention to detail ensured that our brunch would be perfect.
Next on to decorating: the Oak room is gorgeous and doesn’t need much, but I would obviously be stuck at the church an hour before the event, so I wouldn’t be able to get in early. I asked Melissa if management would allow us to come late the night before to decorate and they had said yes. Once I arrived the night prior, I was met at the front of house by Vika. She was very kind and her and her other coworker (whose name I can’t remember, I’m so sorry!) helped me unload the minimal decor we did have. The dining room was in use, so I couldn’t actually decorate that night, but Vika assured me that she would take care of it in the morning. She ensured my flowers got into water, and even sent me photos of the decor to make sure I approves of it. When we arrived on site, everything looked beautiful. Vika was even able to help me in a pinch with my personal items and as a breastfeeding mother, that really meant the world to me. She went above and beyond to ensure my family and I were comfortable and had everything we needed. The restroom was clean and even had a foldable changing table for bubs.
Now let’s get to the best part: the food. OMG. It was so delicious and fresh. Our favorite dishes were the snowy mountains, the mac and cheese and of course those sugared donuts 😍 we can’t wait to come back for brunch again sometime soon! The entire staff at the Parkside Social, especially Vika and Melissa, was fantastic and we owe the success of our party to them!

Absolutely delicious food and drinks with an incredible ambiance! The “Kiss of Rosè” special drink was a standout — beautifully crafted and a definite must-try. What really sets this place apart is their flexibility: almost every dish can be made gluten-free. Just ask, and they’ve got you covered. Highly recommend the steak sandwich and deviled eggs too — both were packed with flavor!

I recently hosted a nonprofit event at The Parkside Social, and it was an absolute blast! From start to finish, the experience was seamless thanks to the incredible team behind Skopos Hospitality Group.

The ambiance was stellar, stylish, welcoming, and perfect for a networking mixer. The food and drinks were top-notch, and the staff’s flexibility and attentiveness made the entire evening feel effortless.

A special shoutout to Melissa at Skopos for her friendly, timely, and super professional communication throughout the planning process. And thank you to Vika, the on-site manager, who went above and beyond answering our questions and making sure everything ran smoothly the day of the event. She was a true partner in bringing it all together.

Although the back patio is stunning, the summer heat kept us indoors, but we’re already dreaming of the next event when we can take full advantage of that space.

This was such a great experience that it’s already sparked talk of future partnerships. We’re also excited to explore the other venues in the Skopos Hospitality Group if they’re anything like The Parkside Social, we know we’re in for a treat!

Jordan was an awesome waiter! So much positive energy, which prefaced some of the best food we’ve had in NJ.

We had the Buffalo Cauliflower Bites, Sticky Shrimp, Burrata, Rigatoni and the Peruvian Chicken. That chicken was the best damn chicken I’ve ever had, it was cooked to perfection.

This place is very underrated for what it seems, definitely coming back. Thanks again Jordan for an amazing night!!

We sat at the bar and we’re taking care of by Julian. It could’ve been nicer or friendlier. We shared an order of sticky shrimp and a mushroom poor boy. Everything was excellent definitely going back.

Just had my son's Baptism after party here. Absolutely phenomenal food! I highly recommend the biscuits and gravy. But the polenta and pasta were also amazing. Honestly all of the food was fantastic. Staff was attentive and friendly. Also accommodated my little cousin who is very picky with her own meal.

Wonderful place to host an event. Beautiful bar with everything you could want is a nice bonus as well.

The service was amazing, our waiter had us cracking up and explained the menu clearly and patiently. He was happy to make accommodations and recommended some delicious dishes!
The food is not cheap, but absolutely worth the price.
All of the toppings on the burger were delicious and evenly distributed. The chicken sandwich and steak sandwich were delicious as well. One downside was the fries, they were a little too thick; tasted good but if you like thin shoestring fries I’d get something else for a side.
We will definitely be returning to try the entrees and drinks!

Took my best friend out for his birthday to Park Side Social in Verona, and it was an incredible experience. Henry is a true master behind the bar—his cocktails were top-tier.

Sabrina, the chef, absolutely nailed it. The mini arepas were to die for, and my friend and I split the steak sandwich—easily one of the best I’ve ever had, and that’s coming from someone who lived in Philly. It was so good, I ordered another one to go for the next day.

At this time of year when life can be so stressful we all want to find a place where “everyone knows your name “ lol Well I certainly found mine. Parkside Social AKA Miracle on Bloomfield has exactly what it takes to turn strangers into friends and friends into extended family. My family and I had an amazing time here and what made it extra special was the staff and management. Josh runs an amazing establishment and his bubbly energy and enthusiastic kindness is infectious. The bar staff Kenney, Omar, and Julian are not just great mixers of spirits but the friendliest of people that make you laugh and feel right at home. Our server Cristina, (apologies if misspelled) was attentive, patient, and thoughtful. Overall the staff here goes over and beyond to make your time there a great holiday experience!
