We hosted a casual party for 35 last night with a small live jazz band from JazzHouse Montclair and the most amazing food from Tia’s. All our guests were so thrilled with the sumptuous menu and the gorgeous presentation. Alex and Dulce were the support staff and they were hands on with every aspect of the party. If you are hosting any type of party in Essex County, there’s really no point in looking any further than Tia’s Food of Love!

Can I give more than 5 stars? Tia's was the caterer for our event two days ago. They surpassed everything that I expected! There was a wonderful variety of foods which were presented in the most beautiful way imaginable. The four people who were working the event for Tia's couldn't have been better. They were right on top of everything, very polite, and so helpful! Everything was delicious. I couldn't recommend them any higher!

We’ve used Tia’s catering since she had a shop on Valley Road in Upper Montclair 20 years ago. When we sold our business in 2019, we begged our buyers to continue to use Tia’s because Tia is the best and our clients have been spoiled by her excellence at our 2 formal parties each year. (They still do). Her food and it’s presentation is truly the best and worth every penny!

Amazing! We used Tia's to cater our daughters 1st birthday party! The process from start to finish was seamless. Danielle was so easy and pleasant to work with, and offered helpful suggestions when choosing the food. The food was not only presented beautifully, but it was delicious! Everyone commented about how good everything tasted, and so many guests asked for Tia's info! Will definitely use them again!

It was so good. One time, we got a whole bundle of delicous homemade food. We had homemade mac n' cheese, strawberry shortcake, and even more. And it was fantastic. The owner Tia, is very nice! It is definitly one of the best resturaunts in essex county!

The good: Delicious, creative food. The bad: I know MANY people who supported this caterer throughout the COVID lock down, told their friends about how wonderful the food was and basically put Tia's on the map. However, the owner and her boyfriend were seen at the Verona pool yelling and screaming at the staff because they REFUSED to wear a mask in the designated areas. They were rude to the kids working there as well as one of the adult managers. Not a smart move to make when you're a local business owner. Now, if they won't wear masks in public then why would they wear a mask while preparing food for their patrons???? I'll never use them again and I am sure I'm not the only one who feels this way.
