We were drawn to this place because it seemed like a “real” restaurant rather a showplace for the latest trends. And it’s true! There are no “apps” here, and no “handhelds.”” It’s not fancy in the least, though the atmosphere is colorful and relaxing. The food’s not fancy either; instead, it’s simple, extremely plentiful and delicious. It was refreshing to be there!
Overall Great Restaurant 👍, Food is Good n waitress n staff was nice. Ours was courteous to recommend a PLATTER that came with everything I wanted which I was ordering Seperatly unbeknownst. Came out to be a deal which included the coffee ☕️ I ordered 1st. I DO Appreciate That she Did that instead of Staying Silent n letting me ORDER up A Bill. The ONLY qualm I HAVE Is the Fact the waitress was Far in between he Table visits, would have liked more refills on the coffee....
Castaways is my go-to at the shore! I always meet my friends for breakfast, and it is always delicious. I often get an omelette with my favorite fillings, but I just tried the waffle and fruit. It was absolutely delicious- no syrup needed! Castaways, see you soon!
