The food is good but a little more expensive than I expected. The service was great and fast even though they were very busy. Restaurant was very clean and has an ok menu selection.

Service was just ok. Server did not come back to check on us during entire meal. Then he brought our check and we had to tell him we wanted dessert. Food was not near as good as years ago. Ribs were far from fall off the bone tender.

Food was downright awful. They put ham in the mashed potatoes and the steak was still really chewy at medium rare! The fries were pretty great but the rest of the food was just awful.
Waitress we had was fantastic though she was also the one who sat us next to another table even though there was almost no one in that section and it wasn't busy. Probably their policy though but it was still a little annoying. Checked on us the perfect amount 10/10
The desert was good although pretty small. It's called a "brownie bite" though so that's too bad expected.
Whoever came up with the menu selection needs to be fired. No gravy on mash but ham and mash?? Downright disgusting. There was also NO SELECTION literally all the salads were chicken salads, all the seafood is salmon and shrimp. Chicken Alfredo with broccoli but no normal chicken Alfredo? Why? Do they only have burgers? Wth.
Vegetarian options: There should be an option for no vegetarian options
Absolutely the worst meal I've ever gotten from there, and combine the price increase and portion downsizing on top. Applebee's is off the list - never again. Sad they used to have some of the best fish n chips in town 😞

Was there Saturday dec 14 24 the chicken sandwich for 999 was hard as a rock the fries were hard as a rock what a waste of money never been there before and don’t think I’ll ever go back

Last time eating at this place. Every time I go the food is horrible. And the service is just enough to pass as "service". There were 4 of us and I also brought my 18 month old as well. I had to ask twice for a high chair to start with.When our food came all four meals were barely warm, aside from the fries, and tasted as though someone had reaheated it. While all four of us were served my 18 month old was served nothing. Clearly being the one who took our order the server asks " can I get u anything else?" Uh yea, the baby's food!!! poor kid looking around at everyone else getting their food but him. Needless to say by the time it got to the table he had eaten some of my food and didn't even want it anymore. This location just doesn't have it together.

Service was slow it took forever to get a waitress then forever to get food. Our appetizer came before our drinks. Then we waited again for the main course which came out cold. To finish there was a problem with the kiosk which ended up with my check being taken out three times. The money issue was solved after closing but it could overdrawn my account. Overall a very poor experience.
