Wow I can see why this place gets packed quick and so does the parking lot! It's a bit hectic trying to find a spot, but we finally found delicious bagels in Cumberland County! Thank you!! We tried the sesame and French toast and roasted at home. We will be back for more!

1. Calls Bagel University to place an order2. Put on hold for 2 minutes (which is fine)3. “How can I help you”…..”I would like to place an order…” store hangs up phone1. Calls Bagel University to place an order take 22. Put on hold for 3 minutes3. “How can I help you”….”I would like to place an order…” store hangs up a second time1. Let’s try one more time. Calls Bagel University to place an order a 3rd time. This time with a more aggressive tone “Can you HOLD PLEASE”2. Waited 4 minutes this time and then I hung up.The bagels are TOP notch here. I just wish you guys had a better system. I tried to order online, but it kept glitching out as well. The back end needs improvement I’m sorry.

I’m giving a one star for service as a total of my experience here. Just very inattentive cashiers and in the past very unfriendly service. Seems like a hangout spot for workers rather than being ready. I’ve always come after 12 I’m not sure if the workers are checked out because they close at 2 but it feels like I’m bothering them to order. The bagels are good and so is the spread. Seems pricey but it’s a big bagel. Last recommendation is to put some carpets down or something to keep the echoing of the new place down.

I can't rate the food as I didn't eat however I ordered online. When I went to pick up the cashier/server tells me few of my bagels they sold out. She proceeds to tell me I should have ordered night before. I told them if they only a certain amount of bagel the online system should be able to deduct as it dwindles. I was about to spend more than 50 bucks but I ended up asking them to cancel the order bc more than 75% of what I ordered they didn't have.

Ordered 2 breakfast bagel sandwiches online for pickup at 10:37…oddly specific time but whatever that was the option. It’s Sunday morning so I knew it’d be busy so I show up 5-10 mins late. I’m ignored until I step right in front of an employee to ask for my order. He looks around in the back for a minute or two only to tell me they’re out of the bagel I ordered my sandwich on. No big deal but a call would’ve been nice to ask me before I arrived (again, later than I actually ordered it for). He says at least 10 more mins, which tells me they didn’t even start nor look at my order until I arrived. So ultimately I get my order 20 mins later than pickup time. It was a good sandwich but not nearly as loaded with bacon as Tony’s Lunch does it 2 mins down the road. There was 2-3 slices of bacon compared to the 5-6 you get at Tony’s Lunch.EDIT: Thanks for the snarky reply, Bagel U! I see in your other replies to reviews that skew negative you are similarly snarky and rude. You deflect problems onto the service you use. Perhaps you could find a new service which can give accurate times for pickup through a more finely tuned algorithm. Or if you’re very much behind you have someone sit down for 5 mins and call people to them they’ll need to wait 20-30 mins more. Not a hard issue to solve, there’s plenty of PoS systems that probably work better. Outlaw’s and Julio’s, two other fine establishments, seem to be on point. Maybe inquire there, or ask for tips as to how they seem to meet their orders on time.

Stopped into the new location today. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! It was pretty busy, but the staff did an amazing job taking our orders and getting our food to us. Everyone was very friendly. The entire staff was smiling and engaged in the customer service. The variety of bagels and spread was out of this world! I will definitely visiting again! Great job Bagel University! And I can’t forget to mention the cutest bakery/ coffee shop that’s also inside!

My Husband raved about this place for months and he couldn’t wait until your business reopened at your new location to have me try your bagels. Today was the first and last time I will waste my money at your establishment. After my Husband and I ordered ( he ordered a toasted everything bagel with regular cream cheese, I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a toasted plain bagel with breakfast tots ) we moved off to the side and just watched how not one employee was wearing gloves, no one was wearing any hair nets, in fact, the girls cooking the food had their hair hanging down in front of their faces all the while talking about the poor employee who was taking orders. We both just watched in astonishment how they were slicing cheese and meat on the same deli slicer while opening salads and cream cheeses with bare hands and cross contaminating everything. As a person who suffers from life threatening food allergies, that was it for me. I had to go to the car and process everything I had just witnessed. My Husband came out a few minutes later and apologized to me for hyping the place up and agreed to never go back again. Once home, we opened the bag and saw lettuce outside as well as inside my sandwich ( why is lettuce in my egg? ) This place has got to do better for their customers.

This place is a great lunch spot. I really enjoy their tuna salad. I also got bagels and cream cheese for a meetingThey were excellent. Standouts for me were the everything bagel, the cheddar horseradish cream cheese and veggie cream cheese.
