One day, I was driving back from the shore and saw Bill's bbq and told myself that I needed to stop there before I left NJ. I am glad I was able to. From his bbq ribs and chicken, the side is all homemade. The colard greens are awesome. Bill was gracious enough to give me small tastes of their other side dishes. They were just as amazingly good.
If you have never been to Bill's bbq, you need to go!!

Very nice people and usually really good. Brisket was almost 2/3 fat. Chicken was completely blackened so was dry. Usually not like this. I should have taken back but next time I’ll just check when I’m there

Bill’s BBQ catered a graduation party for us. Food was delivered hot and ready to serve. Ribs, Chicken, pulled pork, baked beans, Mac n Cheese, Cole slaw and corn bread. The food was delicious and everyone commented how good it was. The corn bread was the best we’ve ever had. Thank you Bill and crew for making our event a successful one and so easy from start to finish!! We truly appreciate it!! 😊

We had Bill cater our son’s engagement party yesterday! The food was amazing and there was plenty of it! They cooked the bbq on site and the sides were delicious! We had the pulled pork, half chicken, ribs, Mac and cheese, coleslaw, Caesar salad and cornbread! We highly recommend all of it! Thank you so much!
