“The food is always good, but the service was horrible. Had to wait over 15 minutes for one simple order. It was so bad that the parking lot was full of angry customers getting the wrong orders. Understaffed running the store with just 3 employees.“
“the employees were SO wonderful. i placed my order and the person on the mic was so respectful and upbeat. they forgot to add 2 items to my order, so i came back less than 10 minutes later, and they immediately recognized me, told me to pull up, and gave me MORE than what i ordered. huge props to them. i don't have names, but every single time i come to this burger king, i am met with kindness and excellent service. love yall!!“
