Had to explain 3 times I wanted 2 whoppers 1 w/ cheese & onions & the other w/ neither & what I got was 2 whoppers both the same w/ onions & no cheese also got 2 orders of small fries @ $3.79 each will not be back to that location I hardly ever eat fast food & this experience reaffirms why I don't, terrible service at ridiculous prices.

Andrew, the manager at Burger King, is absolutely outstanding! He’s always super friendly, patient, and upbeat. Every time I’ve come in, he’s gone out of his way to make the experience positive. It’s rare to see someone bring that much genuine energy and care to their job, and it really makes a difference. Truly one of the best managers I’ve met—Burger King is lucky to have him!

Just got home from picking up food from this location. Moldy buns. First and last time I ever set foot here.
I honestly can’t rate this place based off of food. I’m more so disgusted with the fact that I got a large drink, asked for a small cup with no drink, no water no nothing. Just a small cup. And to my surprise this lady has the nerve to try to charge me for it.
I never experienced anything like this before, so I’m assuming that if a homeless person comes in you guys charge them too for water? And to make matters worse she gives me a Dixie cup like I’m some type of dog. If I ever go there again I will update what her name is. But most likely I won’t. That’s just crazy!

If you're in a rush this is NOT the place for you. Prepare at least 25-35 min for waiting on your food. SUPER slow staff, even if nobody is there in line or drive thru I still waited almost 25 min from the time i finished ordering to actually getting my ONE meal. Also if you add cheese...you may or may not get it.
