I visited just before noon. Ordered a whopper jr...no pickle, no mayo. within 2 minutes my order was ready. the hamburger was cold, the lettuce tomato onion was barely edible and room temperature. I thought with a "special order "it would not be out of line to expect your food to be hot. what a disappointment.

The food is always good, but the service was horrible. Had to wait over 15 minutes for one simple order. It was so bad that the parking lot was full of angry customers getting the wrong orders. Understaffed running the store with just 3 employees.

Very limited personal connection. You order through a machine, and then your name is called, and the order is left on the counter. Same Burger King food, I expect.
dude in drive thru window got Attitude issue and clearly doesn’t want to do his job as he got annoyed I came to place a order

Customers in front of me ordered off the menu using the self checkout. After receiving their order they realized they didn’t receive 1 of the items. So went to the counter and GM told them they didn’t have the item. ( why would you pack up the order and not tell them they didn’t have that item and then just act like it’s all fine getting charged for something they don’t have?!) They the GM tells them she can’t refund the single item back into their credit card so she refunded the whole meal then wanted re charge them for the rest of the meal. This is when she started yelling thru the whole store threatening to call the cops on them because they didn’t want her to take their credit card to the back of the restaurant where she said she needed to take it. That was absolutely disgraceful and I will never be back there because I certainly do not want to be charged for stuff I’m not getting and not even told! So sneaky no thanks!

They had a special on the whopper Jr, so I got two. It was after my Granddaughter's softball game and we were both hungry. Not the best place to eat but it's fast and it tastes good. Especially if you haven't been to one in a while, it tastes better. That explains the 4 stars on the food. The service was wonderful, the kindness of the one employee working the drive thru window deserved 5 stars.
