I think this is the first time I have rated Burger King over a 1 Star. I think that my hopes were crushed so badly by my McDonald’s experience that Burger King actually succeeded at something. The food was still horrible, but it was hot, correct, and they weren’t sold out of anything. They even provided sauces that I didn’t ask for! The SpongeBob meal is the most disgusting looking thing in the world! A yellow bun is not necessary for anything.

Slow to take my order at the drive thru when I’m the only car there.
Got a breakfast sandwich. Croissant had that fresh-from-the-bag texture, cheese not melted, ham still cold in the middle.
I went inside and saw 1 customer. They weren’t even busy!
I gave the woman my sandwich and told her it wasn’t even warmed all the way through. I didn’t give her a chance to respond, and told her if she couldn’t be bothered to heat up my food, then I’m not going to eat it and left.
But thanks for the 7 ketchup packets I threw out.

I walked in this morning and I had a mobile order for a chicken sandwich plus a couple breakfast items the general manager, so she stated that she was a general manager, and nobody was hired than her got smart with me and told me that it was gonna take some time I asked her How much time would it take just like any normal person and she said it’s gonna be 5 to 10 minutes with an attitude I said OK well, how do you cancel it because I have to go. She began to tell me that I was slow and I was getting mad because I couldn’t operate the app. She also was being rude and disrespectful. I come to this location because it’s right around the corner from my house and I’ve never had this kind of treatment before. She is very rude and disrespectful and doesn’t need to be a manager when I ask for a corporate number somebody hired her she said there is nobody hired than her and she ain’t giving me nobody’s number wouldn’t even give her name When I finally told her what I’m gonna cancel. She told the guy I don’t even make my sandwich until I decide what I’m gonna do after I said well I’m not going to cancel. Just give me my money or just give me the food. She told me well you’re just gonna have to wait then. Once they finally made my food, she threw the food on the counter. I said thank you. She walked past me, mumbling something I feel like treating customers like this is the wrong thing to do. I will not be going to Burger King anymore, and I will be leaving bad reviews because of the situation She does not need to have a job. Maybe she was mad because her her whole life made her mad but the point is you don’t get mad at the customer you don’t call them stupid and you don’t be disrespectful and then there’s nobody to call about this situation. Do not go to this location

Don’t know what’s the point of a drive-through they make us wait in the front entrance all the time very slow and I asked for a whopper with no cheese no pickles what do they give me cheese and pickles!

I visited just before noon.
Ordered a whopper jr...no pickle, no mayo.
within 2 minutes my order was ready.
the hamburger was cold, the lettuce tomato onion was barely edible and room temperature. I thought with a "special order "it would not be out of line to expect your food to be hot.
what a disappointment.

The food is always good, but the service was horrible. Had to wait over 15 minutes for one simple order. It was so bad that the parking lot was full of angry customers getting the wrong orders. Understaffed running the store with just 3 employees.
