The employees are ok but the GM is very rude. I seen her yelling at a couple of the employees and I didn’t like that. The food is not too good and while I was in the store I seen bugs which I told the manager and she just rolled her eyes. Would mot be coming back to this place ever again!!!! Corporate she be notified!!

When I went to pickup the order at the window, the staff there tell me to go to the front of the building and wait until the order is done. I should have pick my order INSIDE the business.

Hands down the worst experience I've ever endured at a fast food restaurant. I watched the manager yell and scream at his entire staff I also watched him pick his nose rub his eyes rub his hair play on his phone and then make people's food. When I politely asked him to wash his hands before I go pair of my food he told me I'm always nice unless I make him get out of character I borderline took that as a threat. This person should be removed immediately

Until recently I forgot all about Burger King. My daughter, who enjoys the finer things in life like McDonald’s, wanted a Burger King cheeseburger. After many attempts of trying to talk her out of it, I caved. Thankfully I won’t have to anymore. The whole experience made McDonald’s look like a 5 Star restaurant. The burger was just warm by the time we got it at the window, the fries were about the same, only had that old fry taste, and they forgot the ketchup. Everything just seemed like it was sloppily thrown together. Spending much of my teens as a BK employee up to a manager, it is sad to see that this is what is served anyone. Very disappointing that management lets staff get away with this and very disappointed that staff have that little respect for their job that they would be happy with what they are serving.

Whoppers are my favorite fast food. When I want one, only occassionally, I drive to the Main and Chestnut location even though there is one closer in Buena. My experience is they consistly serve a good product. Quick and dependable for a whopper. Thanks.

Everytime, Everytime I come to this BK on Main and Chestnut, I always get the wrong order. So don't put " BK have it your way" Cause is never true. And the people always always have an attitude. I didn't tell you to work there. You knew you had to deal with customers when you applied for that job. If you're not a people kind of person, then don't work at a fast food restaurant. I don't need your attitude. Wish the owner's information was displayed at the store so people could let them know their restaurant isn't going to be there much longer due to their employees....

i ordered a doordash order and when my dasher went to pick it up she called me to tell me that the worker said someone already picked it up. i could hear him being very disrespectful to the doordasher and would not try to help the situation at all. he said the order was picked up 20 mins ago but i had just placed it a little over 20 mins ago. she asked if he could remake it so i can get my food that i paid for and he refused. so now because he did not think to verify that the right person is picking up the order i have to deal with getting my money back and i have no food.

K. Switch

This is the 3rd time consecutively that i did my mobile order and the large fries are missing. First and second time i brushed off as common error but this time was specifically a test to see if they are actually reading the orders & if they will get everything i ordered. Not surprised tho the managers are too laid back and honestly distract the workers who already seem distracted. The problem starts at the management and now its more then just forgetting items. 3 times and the same item being missing consecutively sounds more then coincidence. I may sound like a bitter person thats just made about food but im a former BK worker from delsea. Yes i Javier ( one of main rd managers) as Ron was my main boss i know the standards and routines that are expected. So you cant really brush off this when a former employee who never had any issues with BK or how the Cumberland locations are operating. This specific location and whoever is the current management needs to have secrets/surprise visits from the district managers. Im only saying this because its truly isnt that hard to count items.

Do not come to this location. Manager is very unprofessional. Service is terrible. Had to wait 20 minutes for our food while the manager was talking to and giving out food to his friends.
