I mostly have visited the drive thru. One of the few times I went inside, I caught two male employees talking about a manager. They left without washing their hands. The dinner area was rather messy. The service was ok, the cashier allowed people in front of me. The drive thru service is hit or miss. Like I ordered a meal and 2 12 piece nuggets. I get home with 2 fries, 1 sandwich and 1 nugget.
Dietary restrictions: No warning about allergies for flour or dairy
Parking: Your surrounded by other places and fighting for parking spaces

The service was great as always but what did you do to the fries? Thought I was given old stale ones, very bland and strange texture but then I remembered being told they were making them differently now. Terrible!. Ended up throwing half of them away. Wil never order fries again!

What can I say!?! You can never go wrong with the Lords chicken. The foods and service is always great.
Typically Chick-fil-A... Awesome! I live spring this business. This location though...the line is always long but it moves... The employees are always pleasant and quick. The location is hard to get into though.. Not sure how they could change it but it would be great if they did for better traffic flow

The past three times that I have gone here to this specific location they keep messing up my order. I get a spicy deluxe and instead they’ve been giving me a regular. I would recommend making sure they have you what you actually ordered before leaving. This just started happening recently idk what is going on with staff but they need to get it together.
