This is without a doubt the WORST chipotle location. Corporate needs to intervene or just shut this place down.
Not ONE competent or even personable employee. Not a word said to you when you pick up your order, oh and then you get given someone else’s order that isn’t even remotely close to yours because these anti-social employees can’t be bothered to check.
Do yourself a favor, patronize one of the MANY local Hispanic restaurants in Vineland instead of this mess.

Stopped in for a quick dinner and ended up walking out. Plenty of employees working. Nobody acknowledged the fact that we were there waiting even though they were directly behind the counter. The meats/veg/rice in the assembly area were dried out or empty and food was spilled all over. After waiting for several minutes we walked out. There were no other customers in the store. Now I know why.

rice is always undercooked never had an issue at the beginning of its opening until a few months back from today really unpleasant its been way too many times basically every time i go (around 1pm) the rice is crunchy

Very disappointed! Waited for 10 minutes at the window just to be finally recognized. Then I had to wait 5 more minutes for my order which was pre ordered online. Got home after 5 minutes and the food was so cold. It felt like it had been in the refrigerator. How strange! The meat on the tacos was about a teaspoonful, they weren’t full at all. Husband’s burrito was as ok, but again cold! Paid $18 for the steak burrito which I thought was a lot. Will not be returning! Go to Moe’s down the street or El Guacamole in Millville, so much better!

We love chipotle. This experience was not our best. The two girls behind the counter were extremely rude. They were out of shredded cheese, peppers and onions and they just told me they were out and basically “oh well”. I asked them about their special offer for free guac and she was nasty about the details. We asked for a manager and she pointed and said “he’s right there”. After we paid we asked the manager how they could be out of so many ingredients and he said he would take care of it for us but we finished our food before he even came back to us. We will dine with chipotle but never here again. Leadership and service sucks.

Imagine ur job being as easy as listening to what someone wants and doing it. Ask for tacos chicken w peppers and onions….. alll good. Gets to second cornball who shouldn’t make 15 n hr ask him for salsa, corn, and cheese boul puts just salsa. Guess u gotta watch these guys and hold their hand every step of way. Boul need q tips for Christmas.

Both times I’ve done pickup from here the wait times are extremely long, and the food took an extra 15-20 minutes after the app said the food was ready to pickup. Both times I’ve gone have been outside peak hours too so it wasn’t very busy
I went here often until I saw an employee who was taking orders touch her hair with a gloved hand and continue serving the food. I walked out immediately.

Waited inside for over 15 mins for an order after being told it was only gonna be 5. Finally got a confirmation that my order was ready. Waited another 5 mins and still nothing. Went up to the register person who was just standing there at the time and she said it wasn't ready yet they were waiting for something. It was just a burrito which I seen them make and bag. Waited another 2 mins then decided to go through the drive thru. Went to the drive thru and they handed me the bag that i seen them make. The mgr then told me( kinda rudely) that normally the orders are supposed to be picked up inside. I briefly told her the situation and got nothing. Just didn't like the inaccuracy of the staff and how they treated me so I won't be back.

I mean the food isn't bad but they have the music cranked up so loud you can't order your food or talk to the person you're in line with without screaming so I'm not sure if I'm going to be ordering here it's just so uncomfortable
Edit: I'm still here I had to take two more stars off The music just got louder I cannot take it it is so loud I can't even hear myself think and I'm not even that old
The food is delicious as any chipotle is, the issue is how the quality of service as completely depleted since opening. When I first went I was content with the portions given. After 2 times the portions are insane with how little it was. I came 9pm, an hour before closing. The bins of food were full and the worker had the audacity be scare with the portion and feed me as if I was a 10 year old kid. Overall I am very disappointed and don’t see a future for this restaurant if these preposterous actions continue.
