I ordered 3 different deliveries & 1 pickup b4 coming to these conclusions. Deliveries: condiments where missing (Green salsa, red salsa. Scallions, jalapeños... one or more missing.) With most Mexican restaurants u don't have to specify, these condiments are automatically included... but since some items weren't included in the 1st order...I specifically asked for them all on the next delivery. Both salsas where M.I.A. again. A week later I ordered in person. Everything was perfect. Today I order delivery for the 3rd time. No salsa verde... nothing. I might as well be eating Taco Bell... SMH. If u order from Cilantro... check your food. The things that may seem unimportant to them, may be the same reason u order from them. Check it. Period.

Great food, beautiful restaurant. Great location. Good customer service. One recommendation fix the women 's restroom. One toilet with a slow running water. And the other one the door don't lock . And only 1 toilet paper for both restroom.Keep an eye on that. Besides that one everything is good.Parking: Street parking

Arrived around opening so just one other couple in the restaurant, ordered a burrito and it came out almost cold. Service was not good , with only one other table to occupied we shouldn't have to wait for Service or get someone's attention. It's a shame because the interior is nice and it's a good location but clearly not run well.

We recently ordered lunch from here for delivery at work and the food was outstanding. Everything was plentiful and well prepared and the chips were fresh and warm! Four stars for atmosphere since I did not actually visit the restaurant. Delivery was timely. Will definitely order/visit again.

The food wasn't really flavorful, rice was very bland and bleh. Family member got chimichangas and it was all soggy and bland as well, chips and salsa had no effort put into it, won't be going back..

Food was good,when we got the bill we noticed that we were charged for the second and third bowl of chips that they brought out. I dont have problem with that as long as you tell me up front,which did not happen. Also charged for a mineral water but we asked for just a water. There up charging without telling you. Just on principle we won't be going back.

I really wanted to like this place, and I did. Until the bill, they taxed each food item 4% , then taxed my total bill 6.625%. Just no. I will not be back and warned everyone I know not to go.

I recently went to this restaurant and I’ve normally only had them for takeout, not really eaten inside, & their food is always great. Well myself and a few friends went out for lunch one day and there were legit only 2 other tables besides ours in the entire restaurant, one table with a group of 4 and the other with only one guy eating alone . Why we had to wait 30 mins & not even have one person ask us our drink order is ridiculous. The fact that the 2 waitresses that were walking around saw that we hadn’t been served and said nothing was so rude. I’d never go back…we left that day without eating and went to another restaurant that actually paid attention to their customers.
