I just ordered from here and I asked for a cheesesteak. The employee then replied “would you like the combo or just the cheesesteak” I said “just the cheesesteak” when I got there and paid I didn’t realize he charged me for 3 cheesesteaks. He had the nerve to tell me that’s what I asked for . These foreigners come to America to rip us off . Do not trust this place . He then proceeded to use the same excuse he has already used with other customers he’s done this to. He said “the employee is new he doesn’t know what he’s doing” . As I’m checking the rest of the reviews I see the owner has used this same excuse .

I order one combo of 5 pieces of a chicken. The guy at the register instead of double asking and confirming the order charged me for 5 combos of 5 pieces of chicken, taking from me $60.00 mind you I did asked for my order correctly and just like that. When i am telling him the order is wrong he had the audacity to say I already buy it and he denied to fix it and give my order right and my money back. I had to literally fight him for 15 minutes so he does what he is supposed to do right. He was disrespectful , unhelpful and does not do his job right.

My wife was charged 30$ for what should have cost 20$ then when I opened the box it was filled with just legs. My wife is now crying because she feels taken advantage of by this establishment, she didn't think she had to watch over the employee to make sure she received the food she ordered or was charged the correct amount.

It's a mom & pop fried chicken store with basic decor but my God the friend chicken was heavenly. I couldn't stop eating. I finished my meal and the owner saw how much I was enjoying the chicken so he brought out some extra chicken for me and didn't charge. It was perfectly marinated and perfectly Krispy. Chicken was not dry on the inside. Perfect combination
