I’ve been going to Del’s for years, but today might have been my last visit. After driving 26 minutes for ice cream, fully aware that they typically serve until the line is gone, I didn’t mind the wait. However, when I arrived at 9:51 PM, the customer in front of me showed me a sticky note saying they were the last customer. Why not change your posted hours if that’s the policy? A manager, I assume, came out and told us she had minors working who needed to leave before 11 PM. It was 10 PM at the time. It does not take an hour to clean, especially when there was only one person serving and the rest were scrambling to close up. Here’s a suggestion: maybe the minors don’t need to be the ones closing? Eventually, the manager allowed us to order, but only after someone in line said they would tip $20. That shouldn’t have to happen in order to be served during posted hours. To be fair, the one girl who did serve us had a great attitude and did a phenomenal job. She was blonde and wearing a blue shirt. Credit where it’s due. I understand it’s frustrating to work late, but as a paying customer who was in line before closing, it’s unreasonable to be treated with an attitude. You signed up to work the posted hours. This isn’t new.

Absolutely amazing ice cream and water ice around hands down. The reason for the 1 star review is because and establishment can have the best of something around, however when the crew whom is running the establishment has a poor attitude your reputation will suffer. Had the absolute worse experience 7/19/25. After driving a half hour and getting in line at 9:53pm (Del’s closes at 10pm) my son and I wait in line patiently. At 10 o’clock the open sign goes off and at 10:03 with two customers in line my self and another woman, the manager comes out and says oh I’m sorry we are closed. I explained well we were in line before you “closed”! She then proceeded to tell us they handed out a sticky note at 9:50 to the last customer! I just don’t understand how an establishment that is open until 10pm can just select their last customer before 10pm! That’s false advertisement!!!

This location is amazing! The ice cream is always delicious! We've ordered takeout and we've gone to the location numerous times and have never been disappointed! The staff is very helpful and friendly! Their Arctic Swirls (with Fruity Pebbles) and the Dole whips are really good and our daughter loved the Unicorn Sprinkles with the purple cone!

Love their ice cream, custard and water ice. Their prices are very reasonable and their portions are very generous.
There's sooooo many kinds of ice cream here. You can go all spring and summer and not get everything on the menu. Every item I've ordered is good. The waffle one is enough for multiple people, and it's not super expensive.

My family just moved to the area and this is our new favorite spot. The hand dipped ice cream is OUT OF THIS WORLD! They have a wide variety to please even the pickiest person. I highly suggest taking the family, a date, or even just yourself. You won't be disappointed.

This place is the worst…. I ordered the Superman and The person that took my order got it wrong (banana/vanilla custard) so some guy from the back came out and said that is what I ordered and if I wanted to have my order fixed I’d have to pay for both because I ordered the banana ice cream and it takes way to much effort to make the Superman ice cream. I said I will not be paying for his mistake but I will pay for what I wanted in the first place. And his response was our manager took your order and she doesn’t make mistakes because she’s been here for years. 1. She didn’t even take my order it was a boy 2. my order was never placed for a to-go so why was it to-go to begin with? 3. I’m allergic to bananas…so I guess their manager is God himself.
