I come here a lot… and I have to say, my interaction with one of your new baristas, Anayla (I hope I spelled it correctly lol) was just what I needed today. What a sweetheart! What she didn’t know how to do, she powered her way through like a star! I recently visited the Dunkin' location on Lincoln Ave. in Vineland and was disappointed by the experience. The establishment was not up to the expected standards of cleanliness, with spills present on every counter area and a noticeably dirty floor. Additionally, I observed unprofessional behavior from one employee, who used inappropriate language while addressing a colleague about a mistake with drink preparation. This location would benefit from a visit by the health department to ensure compliance with hygiene standards. Although I took some photographs, they do not fully capture the extent of the spills and dirt, particularly behind the counter. One counter was entirely covered with spills. If I had not needed to purchase a gift card, I would have walked out.

Hey, so back 3 months later.. still absolutely shit. Brown Sugar shaken expresso is STILL not made correctly (i only get this drink) tastes awful like someone burnt my coffee. also, ordered another drink for my lovey bf who BARELY gets dunkin and his french vanilla iced latter taste like strictly milk, no coffee, no vanilla in thought of that drink. highly dissatisfied, get it together fr. this place is losing so much business. The worst part is it wasn’t busy.

Gave this location soooo many chances but they continuously mess up my order. Today i went to pick up my order and there were 3 other cars in line with incorrect orders. Told them i ordered online then they proceeded to charge me at the window. Then when i said i ordered on line there was not one sorry. Then they go and give me the completely wrong order and still gave no apology or anything, if anything they looked annoyed at me for simply trying to pick up my sandwich. After I leave and get home I realize there was also no straw again. This place messes up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME without fail. And by the looks of it I’m not the only one. Rude employees, bad food, and wrong orders. I never complain but I’ve had enough at this point. Would rather drive 20 minutes out of the way than have to deal with them anymore. Do yourself a favor and take the longer drive.
