Not the greatest experience when I stop at this Dunkin. Yesterday I ordered a dozen donuts and 50 Munchkins. I ordered on the mobile app at 8:30 and set the pickup time for 9 o'clock. I pulled up to the drive thru speaker a minute after 9 and gave them my name for pickup. Once I got to the window, the lady asked me what I ordered and I told her my name again and what I had order. Only then did they start putting my order together. I sat at the drive thru window for almost...
