The food wasn’t all the way cooked and I asked for a caramel ice coffee and got a regular one. I was the only person in store so how you get my order mess up. But this is the second time and today I’m beyond pist! They are freaking triflin..:

I absolutely love my Dunkin. I refuse to go to the Dunkin on Delsea Drive near Sherman Ave. Those girls burn you by handing cups of hot coffee out the window with lids not fastened and then threaten and blame you for it. Chestnut Dunkin staff is ALWAYS friendly. Their service is excellent. The food and drinks are accurate and made well. I appreciate them so much and make a point to let them know-! Good customer service that includes a hello, thank you and a you're welcome still matters greatly to many of us out here.Kid-friendliness: What kid does not enjoy a donut or box of munchkins? This is the best local Dunkin to visitWheelchair accessibility: Absolutely-! In every sense.
Really bad service if they going to bring anybody knew they had to make sure these people are able to deal with any type of situation without giving a bad customer service today. I have a really bad experience with a young guy that was not understanding my questions and the directions by his bus and he Nash the bag of donuts from me because he didn’t want to put more donuts in another bag, and then he threw them back to me with no respect I understand that we’re humans and make mistakes but for these type of jobs you have do you have some patience with your customers I will never go again to this facility because is not the first time that the employees treat me wrong and give me a bad service. also, the coffee cups be having flies on it and the donuts and that it is not sanitary

the place had the $3 pumpkin iced coffee signs e every where but when I went to order they said they don't have that deal anymore. i said all the signs even the one in the menu was up. they guy might give it to me come to the window. When I got there they said no again gave me a thumbs up for telling them about the signs. how much of a j*** can you be to do that. I will never buy anything from this trash place again. one star is too nice.

Had the window shut in my face the last two times I’ve been there and for the final time I’m going to ever go there !!!!! If you’re going to require that we ask for straws with our drink then give us time to ask for one before slamming the window in our face before we can get the words “Can I have a straw please” out of our mouth ….unreal!!!

This place has the smallest parking lot. People come in from 2 entrances and the people in the longer line get screwed. The line is slow so make sure you dont got anywheres to be if you come here in the morning. And last but not least, these cheap a** lids leak if you give the cup a small squeeze. I always end up with coffee on my shirt and all over my cup holders because they went with the .02 lids instead of the quality .03 lids. Other than that, its good coffee.
