On Friday February 14th, at 5:46am we were held up in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes and accused of paying with a FAKE 20$ bill. Lady at the window had no idea how to tell if the bill was real claiming the picture didn’t look real. This location didn’t have a pen or any device to check bills. I believe we were racially profiled! After 20 minutes of arguing and video recording the staff to our defense , they examined the bill and apologized . We were given our sandwich and soda in return of deleting the video. This situation not only ruined my morning but pushed us back on our morning as we were heading to an event . Highly upset as we were in the car with our daughter and she had to witness us being accused of having fake money! Do Better!!!!

I got 2 Boston cream donuts and they were melted to the bag upside down, how am I supposed to give them to my kids with the chocolate all stuck to the bag? Come on do better, and they are stale.

I have given this specific location multiple chances. This was the last straw. As my husband proceeded to reach his hand out to receive the 3rd drink (no cup carrier was given), the drive thru lady flicked the droplets of water coming off the cup at his face slammed the window. They will never receive my business again. I’ve let mess ups go but this is beyond forgiveness.
I stopped this morning got coffee , blueberry muffin , bacon , 2 french crullers and Bagel sausage egg cheese. Muffin and french crullers n bagel were HARD N DRY . First DUNKIN DONUTS EVER TO LET ME DOWN...
