I have been a dd fan on this side of town but lately haven’t been quite good w the food. Smh got the 6.00 meal . Bagel was cold. Cheese cold . Totes burnt. And coffee not made with love. They use to have a crew a few years ago handling things. I don’t know maybe it’s just one of those mornings.

The young girl with long black hair (probably owners daughter) is rude to the customers. She doesn’t say a word to you and hands you your order with her head turned away from you. No thank you. No have a nice day. Nothing. This was a pattern I noticed and my friend complained about the same thing. I won’t drink coffee here anymore. I do to Lincoln and Dante Dunkin. They are so friendly!

The service here is very disappointing. The older Indian lady at the counter is consistently rude and unprofessional. If they make a mistake with your order and you politely point it out, instead of remaking it properly they just add sugar or make a small change, and even then with an attitude. Customers deserve respect and to have their orders made correctly.

If I could give ZERO stars that’s what this place would get. I ordered an ice coffee it was extremely bitter so I let the girl at the drive through window know and she was very rude took it back and all they did was add water to it. She shoved the coffee back in my hand with an attitude. I ended up throwing it in the trash I couldn’t force myself to drink something disgusting. Absolutely Horrible Customer Service!!!! Nasty coffee and nasty people!!!

This place used to be my favorite Dunkin, but not anymore. Ever since they got rid of the one Mexican girl this place has gone down hill. You have to repeat your order twice once at intercom and again at the window. I’ll be taking my business to Starbucks.

This used to be my favorite DD place. They were so good. The new people who are there now at 3:30pm, do a horrible job. Coffee is mainly milk, like where the coffee at?? Also, I ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese, I drive away which I was on my way to work, and the cream cheese was frozen!!!! And my bagel was burnt. I was not a happy customer but didn’t have time to turn around. The staff have also been rude if I say something. Not very happy with this!!

Since this dunkin had the updated remodel things have gone bad. the workers simply do not CARE. got so bad i hopped back there and showed him how to make my coffee one day because he does not understand ALLERGIES (the younger guy, extremely rude and illiterate by the way mixes up MATCHA and MOCHA, oatmilk & WHOLE MILK!) not to mention, they lie constantly saying they arent making food. this dunkin is only good when the og older guy is working at 3am. disappointed and get rid of those idiots working the two on shift at feb 24th 4-5pm!
