Since this dunkin had the updated remodel things have gone bad. the workers simply do not CARE. got so bad i hopped back there and showed him how to make my coffee one day because he does not understand ALLERGIES (the younger guy, extremely rude and illiterate by the way mixes up MATCHA and MOCHA, oatmilk & WHOLE MILK!) not to mention, they lie constantly saying they arent making food. this dunkin is only good when the og older guy is working at 3am. disappointed and get rid of those idiots working the two on shift at feb 24th 4-5pm!

I have been a frequent customer to this location and never really had issues. Since the recent remodel i’ve had nothing but bad experiences. Either my order has been wrong, the service was horrible or I had to wait ridiculously long. I’m not the type to leave negative reviews because I work in food service and know the damage a review can do but I feel like this has been consistently bad.

The ladies there are extremely rude when taking your order, they rush you and get the order wrong. As a working person, I come here on my break first and last time! They have zero patience and the drink they added a lot of sugar when I asked for regular sugar and extra cream. Then they speak in their language and look at you crazy.

This is insane. I couldn’t believe it when I order a simple order and didn’t receive half of it. So I went inside to solve this issue and was giving a hard time. While this was happening there were the WORKERS children in the main seating area running around screaming and one even ran into me. Not only that but was talked to by a worker chomping on food and was not corporating. Overall this was my worst dunkin’ donuts experience.

According to store manager "A.J." you are not allowed to order drinks without ice. Only a little ice.Scrounging for every penny so that they give you half a cups worth of drink for the full price. Absolute cheapskate. If you can't handle having customers that want to get the most for their money (and let's be real, dunkin is overpriced for what you essentially can get at Wawa a mile down tje road at a lesser price point) On top of that, 9/10 the drinks are made poorly, not up to whats asked or just flat wrong.Lincoln Dunkin is better run than this hole.
