This location has terrible customer service!! Every time I come in the store, the employees don’t even acknowledge you to serve you. They’re on their phones.. one of them named NeNe I think even got smart with me because I simply asked about the new promo or deal DD had going currently. Nasty attitudes all around the board 0/10 would not recommend.

i had a terrible interaction with the cashier there . she was blatantly rude to me. she also ALWAYS messes up on my orders ! customer service is absolutely trash i wouldn’t recommend to anyone pretty sure her name was nini. her attitude is absolutely disgusting not exactly sure how she still has a job.

This is my first time there since they remodeled. The service was very nice and friendly the girl took her time to know what we wanted. I was very pleased with the hospitality she gave us. I will go back again.

Went to this location and was helped by a young gentleman named Luis after the first barista not making our drink correctly Luis offered to remake them and he did an amazing job. Very friendly and great customer service.

The service was extremely phenomenal. Very friendly and respectful but unfortunately every time I've gone to this location over the last several years, my coffee order is not what I'm hoping for. I hate to have to say this, but it's the truth. I try to avoid this location for this reason, but my usual dunkin is being renovated. In the past ive ordered Hot caramel lattes, iced caramel lattes, and today was a medium frozen caramel coffee with 7 caramel and whipped cream on top. It looked great, and my donuts were fresh, and the bagel minis were actually fresh and hot, but my drink tasted quite unpleasant compared to the Millville locations where I ask for the exact same details.
