REFUSED Service for a Disabled Veteran.We were staying at the attached Motel on a Sunday and came inside to place an order to-go since we have our service dog and needed to eat in the room (my spouse is a disabled veteran).The manager or host on duty at 1:45pm on 8/25/24 was brash,rude and refused to let us place an order to go even when we explained why we could not dine in-person with a restaurant full of screaming children.Stay away from this IHOP if you want to be treated...read full review
They turn off the app and phone on the weekends claiming they have “to much work“ understaff I guess.
2 weeks ago they even denied me “To Go service”
Honestly I’m feed up with the service I’m convincing my daughter that Ihop doesn’t exist no more .
And going to local dinners “support local”

Coffee is excellent. IHOP has great breakfast choices, and customers have never had a bad dish. There are vegetarian options available, and the servers will do their best to accommodate. Parking is convenient, and IHOP is located off a busy road. IHOP is kid friendly, and there are tables for handicapped customers.
