The first time I came the experience was amazing I had a female waitress and food was amazing so I decided to come back and this time my order was completely wrong all tho they tried to do their best to fix the order but after a screw up twice I was no longer interested in the food the first time the waiter got my order wrong and took it back then the second time they made it wrong agin it was unbelievable I’m actually a district manger of multiple restaurants in Georgia so I understand the business but to get my order wrong twice was unacceptable

We had a young boy for a waiter who never actually waited on us:
1. requested a booster seat - never got one 2 ruined our order (didn’t complain) 3.Never came to check if we needed anything or see if food was ok 4.Never asked if we needed refills 5.Never gave us our receipt - went to check out up front with manager with no receipt 6. While waiting for manager, our table was being cleaned and still no receipt 6.Manager had the young waiter run receipt and he took it upon himself to give himself a $20 tip when I clearly put a line through the tip section on receipt. CORRUPT STAFF AND THEIF NEEDS TO BE FIRED!

Well i oreded a bacon and cheese omelet with 3 pancakes the pancakes were half cooked. My wife oreded waffle and chicken the chicken was so hard she could not bite into it. Also ordered samples of appetizers, which was ok.

IHOP is located in Vineland, New Jersey and is one of my favorite places to eat. I love breakfast at IHOP and It has always been so good to order. I ate eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, and toast with coffee. The server was so friendly and she also was doing such a great job as busy as she was.i didn't have to stop her and ask for anything because she made sure anytime my coffee was empty that she would stop and bring me more coffee.I love this IHOP and I will definitely come back to IHOP again. The restaurant was so clean and everyone working was smiling. I also noticed every customer eating was enjoying their food. IHOP has such great breakfast choices, and I have never had a bad dish when I came here to eat. If anyone has a question please ask and I will answer your questions. Thank You and enjoy your meals!
Vegetarian options: I know there are vegetables at IHOP and things that vegetarians will eat. IHOP has basically a large selection of breakfast dishes they cook. I noticed restaurants are serving more vegetarian platters nowadays and I believe if you ask the server that they will do their best to make sure you can eat a vegetarian meal The server can also ask the chef what dishes they serve if the server doesn't know. It doesn't hurt to ask or you can call before you go to IHOP. They are excellent at answering the phone when you call
Parking: The parking is convenient at IHOP but sometimes a customer will have to park a few extra feet away. I have never had a problem finding parking at IHOP because the parking lot is so big. IHOP is located off a busy road and right off route 55,so there is so much traffic passing by. IHOP is also right next to a very nice hotel which is always filled with customers so it makes IHOP look busier sometime then what it really is. If any person needs information about IHOP they just should call the restaurant and ask if they are busy or not. I have always just randomly stopped there to eat a breakfast menu item and never had an issue. Their menu dishes are so reasonable and It's a great restaurant to save a few dollars. Kid-friendliness: Yes IHOP is kid friendly. Every time I go here to eat there are a lot of kids eating and every kid is having so much fun. I know my daughter loved IHOP and always had such a great time here. I was always excited to bring her to IHOP when she was a kid. Shes older now, but she still loves IHOP. Yes IHOP is kid friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is at IHOP and I have been looking at places to see if they are or not and IHOP is. There is handicapped parking at IHOP. There is also a Big entrance so if you're handicapped you are able to enter through the front entrance doors. IHOP also has tables for handicapped to sit at and enjoy their food. IHOP is handicapped accessible for handicapped customers so please enjoy your food and if you have any questions I will answer whatever you would want information about.

Made Us wait a unnecessary amount of time to get a table of ten...We walked in completely empty! 25 minutes later still no table ... We have 9 here and waiting on 2 .. Theyre refusing to sit Us untill all are present.. Never and I mean never has this happened to me in Any IHOP across the USA.. We will Never Return either...Never... Finally get a table by right next to the kitchen! And no service for awhile...Smh
