Went to eat with the kids, drinks are not included in kids meals, they over cooked my steak then when I asked for a new one they only took off a partial price of the first one while still having to pay full price for the second which didn't even come with new sides. The server was nice but we'll never go back

Service was struggling even though there were more staff than customers our waiting basically put us on the pay no mind list with seven wait staff I did not expect that. However the bathrooms were spotless probably because they were actually in the Hotel

The cooks need a raise. I’ve been to the IHOP in south jersey and it’s nothing compared to here. It’s calm and nice and the cooks bring out to food so fast! This is my second time here and you don’t wait more then 30 mins which is amazing and they cook the food so good and everyone is so nice and so was our server she was amazing

This is a very old building that has not been taken care of by the ownership but let me tell you what the food and the staff are outstanding! We had coffee refills consistently. The food was served piping hot portions were right on point point and The server was training someone else who appeared to enjoy what he was doing. We will definitely be back but I encourage the ownership to do some remodeling

We decided to come here for lunch and right off the bat we were waiting about 10 minutes just for our drink order. Our servers shift ended, so another server took the table. She barely checked up on us or anything. My boyfriends food was also cold. The pancakes were good though.

This IHOP undoubtedly offered the best service I’ve ever experienced at any location. Our waitress was incredibly attentive—without being overbearing—and had a great sense of timing. She knew exactly when to check in and made excellent food and drink recommendations. Thanks to her, everything we ordered met our expectations, from the meals to the beverages.
