My son stopped in today … LOVE THE CANOLI!!
I ordered a marble cake but got a yellow one. The fondant was extremely thick. When I called after my special event to let them know that I was disappointed, instead of apologizing the owner first made excuses and then actually argued with me. Don't they know that the customer is always right? I won't be back.
Last Saturday we had a terrible accident with our cake for my nieces sweet 16 (not their work)
I called Sandra at Jim Mains and she was able to make this beautiful cake out of the mess I brought in!!
She did an amazing job!!
