The food at Julio’s is really good but our experience lately with the service has been awful. It also seems like portions are getting smaller. Last time we dined in, we were there for almost 2 hours and with two small kids, that was less than ideal. Had to ask multiple times for just drink refills.
As for take out, the last 5 times we have ordered we were waiting in the restaurant for over 20 minutes after the time it said it would be ready, even at 4:30 pm during the week. It’s very frustrating. Last time our packaging was clearly rushed and the sauce spilled all over our food and car.
Anyway, if you’re prepared for the long wait, it’s worth a try. Not sure if it’s worth it to us anymore which is super disappointing.

This place is amazing especially the strawberry horchata and enchiladas and there churro cheesecake. I really enjoyed myself there and i loved the street corn too

Food is good but honestly not worth the wait. I scheduled an order (1 meal) 45 mins ahead of time because I knew they’d be busy but ended up waiting 25 minutes past the pickup time. If they can’t handle online orders on top of the restaurant they should turn off online ordering to be able to shift their focus. Why keep advertising for a holiday but you already can’t keep up with the orders? Very displeased and will most likely take my business elsewhere. They offered a refund after I had already been waiting and the gesture was pointless

Ill just say 1 thing! EXCELLENT! This place does not skimp on the portions. The food is phenomenal. If you want a taco, Dont go to MOES pick JULIOS ! You wont leave disappointed.
had to edit my old review as they’ve switched from delicious homemade flan to very obvious sysco brand 😭 watching their prices double and quality dip is so sad
your prices on doordash have absolutely doubled and this isn’t the same desserts by any means but im not going to argue i just won’t be back

Amanda provided excellent service—attentive, friendly, and professional—which made the experience even better. Everything we tried was full of flavor and beautifully prepared.
