Every time my family and i go staff always has an attitude, orders are always wrong. Today i drew the line they had me place my order in the drive through cut me off said the line was too long outside had me wait 15 minutes just to tell me i have to come inside and order. They do way to much here at this kfc It is annoying.

Ive never seen people so bad at their job before. Went here twice and both time was literally the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. Both times the food took forever to come out and both times something was missing from the order. Employees are rude and and use rude language right in front of customers. Was accused of lying about missing items from my order. Whoever runs this store really needs to consider firing everyone in there and doing a hard reset. Will absolutely never be returning to this location. Was really embarrassing and infuriating to see a place ran like that. Whoever was on shift 2/25/25 from 6pm-630pm really needs to be retrained or let go.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! This place is dirty, disgusting, the service sucked, the management and associates are useless! (Can't even tell you about my food, because they cancelled my online order before I even got my food! But they were quick to take my money out of my account and now I have to wait up to 72 hours to get a refund! ) Do not eat here, it's not worth it! I know I will never eat here again! They just need to close the doors and never open again!

THE TUESDAY DEAL is 8 for ten dollars Well if I want breasts I should be able to get what I want. The manager there tonite told me I could only get DARK MEAT. The customer is always RIGHT. I work in retail and our Mission is TO CREAT GUESTSFOR LIFE BY EARNING THE TRUST OF THE GUESTS WE SERVE. I donr know how they do things but IT is not the right way.

Ordered KFC's largest family feast for a social function. They forgot to add a side, and nobody checked the bags or the order. There is a lot of competition, and employees need to be off their cell phones and pay attention. This is not the first time.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, I just left there and they got my order wrong the guy who was at the window was rude then when I went back in to tell him my order was wrong and I was greeted with an attitude… listen if you don’t like your job change it. $25 for fast food and an attitude is crazy.

If there was a NO STAR CHOICE I would have chosen that!!! I ordered a 4 piece meal through the driveway thru. With corn and mashed potatoes. The girl at the windows was high as a kite first of all. Second I had to park and wait. After about 15 minutes of waiting I went inside. I FINALLY got my order and halfway down the street I checked it and of course it was all wrong. I went back and went inside. After saying excuse me 5 times and being ignored the girl from the window came up to me asking how many straws did I need? Lol I never said ANYTHING about that. Then to top it off after eating it a few hours later I got VIOLENTLY SICK!!!!! NEVERRRRRR AGAIN!!! That place needs to be shut down!!!

My wife and one of our daughters, like Popeyes. My other daughter and myself prefer KFC. Every time I've come here, in the last three year's of bring here, there's always been an issue. Rude shift manager, or order isn't right, or food is old! How do you work at a place and keep food in a warmer till it's dried out, then send it through the drive through window. Who ever owns this place, needs to actually work there for a month to see how it's ran. Then again, they may not care. I just called four times in a row about my order being messed up, with no answer. My dogs are eating the two breast that I got with my order when I ordered a for piece dark. Also I added an extra side, that I never received. Let me guess, check your order before you leave? We'll people are getting paid to look at the screen, to see what people ordered...
