Took 25 minutes to get a side of Cole Slaw and 2 sides of Fries. A qorker was sweeping front area, taking care of drive thru, and her toddler. Service was super slow. Team work not a priority and price of this order was 38.00. Will not be back!

Sometimes I get what I order and sometimes the staff gives me what they want to give.
For the past 4 months, I made 3 attempts to dine inside or take out. Each time, they had 3 or 2 people behind the counter taking care of drive-through counter and also online orders. This location never has enough chicken prepared to accommodate customers. Seems like corporate simply does not care or visit their locations. Millville is just as bad. Needles to say we did Not have dinner from here all 3 times. Not going back. Hello PopEyes Chicken!

Went there today at 8:15pm on February 21 2024 ,did the walk in... waited for service and 4 workers walk by me ,including the manager like I was never there, never acknowledged me,waited and listen to how they don't have dark meat chicken,no mashed potatoes.. I guess they don't want service or maybe they want to be able to leave at 10pm. I never had an issue from the Vineland Kentucky fried chicken in NJ ,this was my first and I couldn't believe how I was treated! They all acted like they didn't care about any of their customers ?! Someone from corporate really need to go and see how these people work!! I'm sure you will get a big surprise! Really bad service!!!!

25 min waiting inside...not once did anyone took my order,told me inside was close after 25 min of me standing there!!! Went to drive Thur and waited another 20 min in the parking spot for th to bring my food out....then on top of that food was over cook chicken is hard fries arw nasty,ask them to redo it and they said I'll have to wait! Worst kfc place ever!!!Parking: Other 5 cars waiting for there food
I don't recommend the chicken seems like lately the chicken is nothing but skin and bones and the buckets are like half the size but yet the price is still the same

Food was the pit for $ 20 I got 3 small pieces 2 thigh with 1 bite avail on them and a very small drun stick. Biscuit the size of a 50 cent piece a very small Cole slaw all liquid o cBbage or carrots the only thing semi descent was potato and gravy. I was so upset it went in the trash after 1 bite was sick all evening. Very diaspointed .
