Food was good. Not overly seasoned like others places I’ve tried. I ordered the whiting dinner with yams and greens. Superb! Will definitely order from this place again.

My husband and I just got food here tonight. The staff was rude. The online prices and menu are not up to date either. We wanted a family dinner with 20 pieces they said it is changed to 15 pieces for $55 l. The staff then proceded to tell my husband that they only had 10 pieces of chicken. So he said he would take that. Instead of charging us for a family meal with a slight discount they charged us for 3 three piece meals with large sides. The bill came to $80. The prices for this food are outrageous and it isn't even that good. The chicken is dry and the collard greens are salty. We will not be returning and I encourage anyone to go anywhere else. I guess I should have read all the bad reviews before we went here. Not worth the money or the rudeness.

I've patronized the business on several occasions with my husband/son. The food was seasoned perfectly and nice portions. On Sunday July 25,2021 we called ahead to place our order. While placing my order the guy repeated what I ordered fish cabbage and yams when I got my food they gave me fish cabbage string beans. Not only was I disappointed with what they gave me but the portions were less and they increased their platters to $15

I was excited to taste the food but I was disappointed because the chicken tasted exactly like the one from the chinese store in Bridgeton and the mac & cheese had no taste. ??♀️
They know how to put a meal together ???. Plus they accommodated me so that my order was exactly what I wanted

The chicken wings are seasoned to perfection but the young girl working in there wrapped my chicken wings in aluminum foil and the foil made it soggy, I told her fried chicken is supposed to be crispy and she said that’s how they do it. I really loved the seasoning on the chicken however if they continue to wrap it up in foil instead of a putting it in something to keep it crispy such as styrofoam it will disappoint me greatly because It is very well seasoned and tasty and I want to continue to go and support but I won’t if it’s going to be soggy.
