On March 31st, I traveled over an hour to place an order of 4 dozen macarons for my daughter's shower on 5/4 (pick up was for 5/3). Mary, the owner, was not there but her daughter wrote down my order. I showed her a photo from their FB page for the colors I wanted and provided a $50 deposit. I also purchased a dozen macarons with different fillings and informed her that I would email my filling selections.
On 4/13, I emailed Mary the filling selections. After not receiving a reply, I emailed her again on the 15th - still no reply!
This business has NO phone number and I live over an hour away and did not have time to drive all the way to Vineland to hunt her down! On 4/18, I called Bagel University who shares retail space with Macs Amour and they were kind enough to get Mary on the phone. Mary was very apolgetic explaining that she was busy with Easter orders and she promised me she would reply to my email the week after Easter which never happened.
On April 26th, I called Bagel University again but they were too busy to leave their counter to get her and they promised me they would give her the message. After a few hours when I did not hear back, I wrote Mary and email to cancel my order and requested a refund of my deposit. To date, I have not received the courtesy of a response or a refund of my deposit!
Lucky for me that this was not the only dessert that I had ordered for the shower. Chloe's Creme Puffs in Pitman provided the remaining dessert options and when Allison, the owner, found out about the situation she offered to see if Tesoro's Macaron Company in Swedesboro could provide the macarons. At that point, I did not want to see a macaron and she offered to add additional creme puffs to my existing order to ensure we had enough desserts for my guests. If it were for not the glowing reviews on FB and Google, I would never have traveled that distance to Macs Amour - That mistake will never happen again and quite frankly their macarons are not that great!

Absolutely loved our macaron tower for my daughters 30th Almost Famous theme birthday! Mary was so easy to work with and her and her incredibly talented daughter made my vision come to life! Not only did it look beautiful but it tasted even better! Miss Penny lane was so happy and the 30s is where it’s “ All Happening” Thank you thank you ! 🥳✨☮️🌸

I can’t even begin to express how amazing the macarons are! So simple to order right online and pick up when I needed to. They worked with me to create the absolute *perfect* color (was so much better than I expected). I loved the variety of choices for flavors. These were perfect for my “May the 4th Be With You” party. Everyone said they were delicious. I can not wait to order more. I’m officially hooked. Thank you so much!

I am now obsessed..... period. I may live in here..... the 3 variety of macs I had were phenomenal and they gave my daughter a free birthday cookie. which was so unexpected and sweet. which... they know what she said about that.... it will get me fb banned 😆😅🤣
Absolutely the best macrons in the tri-state area. We anticipated the new location opening and were so glad we stopped in. As always we were greeted by Mary’s warm smile and eagerness to get our order out. There were so many to choose from. We couldn’t decide so we got two of each and boy are we grateful. Crème brûlée are absolutely phenomenal as well as the other flavors. We had to try the chocolate chip cookies, as well as the lemon, blueberry bars and who could forget the Reesie chocolate peanut butter cupcake. Absolutely amazing !!! Will be coming here for every birthday cake / occasion moving forward

I'm deducting two stars because the "cookie butter" tastes exactly like peanut butter and I am allergic. I know what Biscoff cookies taste like and this isn't it!
