had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. The drive-thru employee with a 🧑🦲beard named Qwashawn was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the start. I tried to place a simple order, but he kept cutting me off and didn’t even give me the chance to finish speaking or mention a basic customization.When I politely asked to remove mustard and onions, he snapped back with ‘you should’ve told me that before’ in a condescending tone. When I addressed his attitude, there was no apology just MORE attitude.If someone cannot handle basic customer interaction with respect, they should not be in a customer facing role. This kind of behavior reflects very poorly on this location. I will be taking this further with corporate. Completely unacceptable.

McDonald’s on North Delsea Drive in Vineland. Absolutely horrible customer service. After being looked at and no offer to help me, I asked if anyone was going to take my order. Again ignored. Finally a young boy from drive up window came over to the inside counter and said none of the workers speak English. I asked what’s the possibility of me going to another country and getting a job and not learning the language? He went and got a manager. He offered to take my order but now I’m not trustworthy of what they might do to my food. I left without buying anything.

Its our second time encountering here that we ordered LARGE smoothies but its not full in the cup, almost 1/4 of the cup is not filled up 😢 i don't know if its a mistake or they dont make proper portion of the recipe, the fries is always old 😢

Never follow directions on orders. I ask for no onions and they put it on the bottom of the burger where nothing goes I’m allergic to onions if someone asks for something off of a burger there’s a reason for it smh.

If I could, I would definitely give 0 Stars! Ordered online, drive up to drive thru, no one is talking at the speaker, so I pull up to the window, and see someone inside working. She came up to the window and I told her I have a mobile order. She said sorry we're closed, I said then why is the mobile ordering available, she said they have no control over that and I would have to get a refund on the app! Then why does the door say they are open until midnight and have 3 people in there "WORKING"??? Another one bites the dust and lost my business!
It’s such a shame, that no matter what you order from this particular McDonald’s, morning, noon, or night, every single time they get your order wrong. A simple “big breakfast combo” from McDonald’s this morning, and they forgot to include my hash browns. In addition, I asked for “extra” caramel on my caramel frappe, and did they provide that? A big NOPE, even though it was listed on my receipt. They couldn’t get that simple, and VERY basic order right. Oh, and btw, they weren’t even slightly busy, so, what it boils down to is just plain carelessness, and not giving a rats ass about your customers or your job responsibilities. Thanks again McDonald’s.

the vineland New Jersey McDonald's, I had placed a order this morning 12/13/2024 on door dash and the order wasn't looking right and I called to confirm that the order was right and the person that answered the phone was highly rude and he hanged up as I was talking to him I think they need to do a little better on their customers service
