Its our second time encountering here that we ordered LARGE smoothies but its not full in the cup, almost 1/4 of the cup is not filled up đ˘ i don't know if its a mistake or they dont make proper portion of the recipe, the fries is always old đ˘

Never follow directions on orders. I ask for no onions and they put it on the bottom of the burger where nothing goes Iâm allergic to onions if someone asks for something off of a burger thereâs a reason for it smh.

If I could, I would definitely give 0 Stars! Ordered online, drive up to drive thru, no one is talking at the speaker, so I pull up to the window, and see someone inside working. She came up to the window and I told her I have a mobile order. She said sorry we're closed, I said then why is the mobile ordering available, she said they have no control over that and I would have to get a refund on the app! Then why does the door say they are open until midnight and have 3 people in there "WORKING"??? Another one bites the dust and lost my business!

Itâs such a shame, that no matter what you order from this particular McDonaldâs, morning, noon, or night, every single time they get your order wrong. A simple âbig breakfast comboâ from McDonaldâs this morning, and they forgot to include my hash browns. In addition, I asked for âextraâ caramel on my caramel frappe, and did they provide that? A big NOPE, even though it was listed on my receipt. They couldnât get that simple, and VERY basic order right. Oh, and btw, they werenât even slightly busy, so, what it boils down to is just plain carelessness, and not giving a rats ass about your customers or your job responsibilities. Thanks again McDonaldâs.

the vineland New Jersey McDonald's, I had placed a order this morning 12/13/2024 on door dash and the order wasn't looking right and I called to confirm that the order was right and the person that answered the phone was highly rude and he hanged up as I was talking to him I think they need to do a little better on their customers service
I go to this McDonald's all the time. The food is pretty much the same as every other McDonald's. The people who work here are extremely friendly and helpful.
Parking: There are plenty of places to park. If you have large vehicles you can even park towards the back where the drive-thru is.
Kid-friendliness: I mean they have Happy meals. I've never bought one but they have them.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.
