This is the most unprofessional and uncoordinated restaurant ever. my husband called to place an order (our address pops up on their system with our phone numbers because we have ordered multiple times from them before today), the lady taking the order finished the order by saying that he needed to present ID at delivery. That’s the weirdest thing we ever heard from a Chinese delivery place but we let it go. An hour and 15 mins go by and as my husband is about to call them, they call and tell him that they can’t deliver the food because our address is too far and we can pick it up, if we still want it. AFTER AN HOUR AND 15 MINS, our address is too far!!!! (we live 10mins away). Unacceptable customer service and very sketchy. Will never be ordering from them again.

1st of all I can barely understand them n their attitude is rude .2nd I wanted to exchange white rice for Lobster fried rice n they wouldn't let me do it, I had to order a pint of it n got stuck with more rice than I wanted.
Worst food ever!!! I got chicken fried rice and it looked like it was boiled chicken!!! Horrible place to eat! My cat wouldn’t even eat the chicken!
