I placed an order day before they call me 10 minutes before my delivery time you tell me I’m out of chicken. How do you run out chicken around noontime. Then I called several times asking where my delivery was because they didn’t have a driver so they moved it to DoorDash. I never got my order. Now I have to call the credit card company and to stop payment. If I could give them a real rating, it would be close the store down

This is the last time we are ordering from this chain. I understand a 10PM order is not getting a crew that is thinking with all of their brain. Half Mushroom Pepperoni and PINEAPPLE means ALL TOPINGS are on the same HALF! Not, Half Mushroom Pepperoni and Half Pineapple.
Called the Phone number to speak with the Manager, TWICE! And was disconnected as the line timed out because no one answered on their end. Called again and this time picked the option to Place an order, thinking I would get the local store. Nope it was a call center in who-knows-where someplace and got disconnected AGAIN when transferred to the local store.
Thankfully once Doordash saw the abomination that was delivered we got a full refund.

I am rating this store one star because there is no option for zero stars.
Today, I ordered at 11am for a 4 pm delivery to surprise my daughter with a heart shaped pizza for dinner.
By 6pm the food never arrived so I called the store and spoke to the Manager. I told the manager I would come in and pick up a new order and he said “ okay come now” . When I arrived, they said it was sent out with a door dasher.
So 2 hours later, wasted time and gas, and I still haven’t received my order.
Customer service is BELOW AVERAGE!!!

This place doesn't even deserve one star ! Disgusting manager working at this location, throwing food around , yelling at employees and not cleaning his hands or using gloves before making food ! Made we wait over 15 minutes to refund my order and give me MY MONEY BACK . This location is dirty and workers are extremely rude ! Go spend your money elsewhere !! I wouldn't even let my dog eat here !

Blame the owner and district manager for there store falling apart. They keep the lazy employees working there and fired the one that actually did there work and care.

Employees are rude as can be. Was excited to have papa johns as I’ve seen the rave lately after work my little one so happy. Had to wait 40 plus minutes and order wasn’t even started. Needed a refund and was yelled at worst customer service rude employees just don’t waste your time. They need to just close down fr. The amount of ppl waiting was literally a fire hazard maybe the city should look into this!

Who ever hired this new team, is the reason I won't tip anymore...every single time without fail my order is messed up. Chicken taste like it didn't finish defrosting. My brownies weren't even cut , it's a whole baking pan basically. Definitely not it. Go to pizza hut down the street or pay more at lincoln pizza

The pizza is fine but the drivers never have the tracker enabled which is frustrating. They will short you sauces like you're asking for honey from Mcdonalds unless you put the total amount of sauces in the driver comments.
