If you order inline and pay online, you will be asked to pay more at the window when picking up. They also wont be able to explain what the extra charges are but they will tell you if you cancel that you wont get refunded for 2 weeks! They are scamming here and should be investigated. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE VINELAND PIZZA HUT.

Had a really disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut. When I walked in and someone from my party asked if we could dine in, the employee at the counter gave us an attitude right away, answering like it was an inconvenience that we even wanted to eat there. We went ahead and sat down, but she came over and tossed the menus onto the table without saying anything and walked off. Completely rude and unprofessional! Never saw “service” this bad in my life! There was only 1 couple in the whole restaurant and they were already done their meals!

We walked in and weren’t greeted which was fine but when someone finally approached us, she didn’t even look like an employee (hoodie and sweatpants) and acted incredibly cold. My spouse simply asked if we could dine in, and her response was a very unwelcoming “sure.” At that point, we got up and left. To make it worse, it was his birthday.

I walked into this Pizza Hut hoping to sit down and enjoy a meal for my birthday, and the experience was completely ruined by the attitude of the staff. When I asked if we could dine in, the woman at the counter replied with a rude tone, almost like she didn’t even want us there. We decided to sit anyway, but she came over and threw the menus on the table before walking away without saying a word.
It was supposed to be a simple birthday dinner, and instead the service made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. We ended up leaving without even ordering. Really disappointing experience — I won’t be coming back to this location.

They dont know anything! Being charged at pick after showing them its already paid is the scam they are running. They said ONLINE. And their store are two different things. So both online and in stores are scamming. Dont trust them and they have zero answers

DONT ORDER ONLINE FROM HERE!! They will come up with a different price regardless if you payed online prior to pick up. The explanation? “I dont know”. They stole from us.

I ordered the pasta chicken Alfredo which was my favorite. It’s been more than a year that I place an order. Now I know why. I think they ran out of the Alfredo sauce. My pasta was dry as heck and I ate the chicken only. No!!! I will not go back it not worth the time and energy.

Last night was the third time we went to this location. I really like it because it's quiet, clean and the food is great. We get the personal pan pizza which is great including the crust and the cheesy garlic bread which is cooked to perfection. Lexi the server is great as well

I ordered the dinner box. Didn't get the wings.
Took 2 hours.
Once food got here it was cold and super dry. Like so cold it was as if they stored it in the fridge while they waited for the driver.
They had no care about our sugar being low and needing our food.

Wow worst experience because of a silly thing. I don’t go to Pizza Hut. I just happened to have a coupon. I ordered a couple of things through the app for Pick Up including wings. Well… I got all the way home(20 mins away) no wings. I know mistakes happen but it is still annoying when that’s all my husband wanted and they weren’t in the box. I call the store and let them know. They asked if I wanted to drive back to get them or have a coupon for free wings. (refund wasn’t even listed as an option) I asked for a refund since I don’t go there much. I guess that needs a managers approval. Ofcourse she was on break and never called me back. I then go on the app to ask for a refund. I was told they can only do coupons. If I wanted a refund then I would have to wait for upper management to get in touch with me. I waited and waited. After week of nothing I did the same thing… went on the app and explained the situation. Once again they said they would escalate my case and upper management would get back to me. A week goes by and same thing. I contacted them again. ( by this time my husband is telling me to let it go but it’s the point of the matter and I’m not giving up!) I reached out so many times over my $10 wings they probably have name memorized but still won’t give me my refund. I’m not sure why a $10 refund takes over and month. I never knew Pizza Hut HQ was so busy! Almost a month later I just contacted them and did want they wanted all along and gave in a got my free wings coupon!

We stopped in on our way to the shore late on a Thursday night. Service was very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious - the best cheese bread sticks I've had at a Pizza Hut in 15 years. And the pizzas were great, too. Check out the old photos of Vineland in the 1950s and the Pizza Hut menus from the 1990s.

Employees were kind. We did have a bit of a wait for our online orders, but it wasn't awful. Our order was accurate and hot.

Expired 2 litter bottle of soda cheese bread sticks were not fresh and cold my pizza was supposed to have 2 toppings on each one it looked like they just put a very little bit on the pizzas i got 2 no cash option for tip forced to give on card then use a third party delivery service witch i would of waited as long as it took to get my food something needs to be done not happy at all
