This was by far one of the Worst!!!!!! experiences in a while at a restaurant!
First, this was a Birthday celebration dinner for my niece that just turned 18 years old, and she picked this place! I haven't been to a Red Lobster restaurant in years, and I now see why! There were 17 of us at an almost empty restaurant! So you would think that service and food shouldn't be an issue!! But we were so wrong!
As we began to arrive, the make server came to our table telling us that there were only 2 Servers working and that our order would be taken between the 2 of them! The problem is he told this to everyone that came because we arrived in groups, and he made sure he kept repeating that there were only 2 servers! Then he went on to ask how we would be splitting the bill because we needed to do that in a manner that would be the easiest for the 2 servers! We agreed on a 3-way split and told him we understood!
They began to take orders. When the drinks came, everyone that got the strawberry lemonade said it was nasty and sent it back! The server agreed that it was nasty but said it was the machine! Okay! Then some of the alcohol drinks had to go back because they had a funny after taste! During this time we are waiting for our orders! Food finally begins to come out, my daughters steak is undercooked, so she sends it back. Then I looked at my food that I had just started eating, New Orleans salmon and saw some pink, broke the salmon open and it wasn't cooked! I felt nauseated!! I sent that back! At this point it's 2 hours later and 5 people still don't have their food and they had hamburgers and stuffed flounder!
The Manager comes and we tell her about the uncooked food and she says she will adjust our bill, then the male Server comes back to check on us and we tell him about the food and he says, "hope it's not the service" what?? That's your response? Then 3 more food orders come out but still no hamburgers, so the 1 persons says at this point she didn't want her burger because they were taking so long, the Manager comes again and said she would take both burgers off because it was just too long! After the Manager walks away, the male Server comes to the table and asks, how are we splitting the bill?
So you have the nerve to ask Us about a bill when 5 orders, most of the drinks were messed up and the Manager just said she is adjusting our bill! I went to have a conversation with the Manager at this point because this Server needs to go!
The other Server was fine and the Manager straightened everything put! The Manager even tried to correct the incorrect food as well!
You can tell this restaurant hasn't had a large group in awhile because they definitely weren't prepared at all!
Definitely won't be back!

We decided to go there for dinner. The place was not busy at all , on a Sunday. The waitress was very friendly & attentive throughout our meals. All the food was delicious & great flavor. We ordered the ultimate feast for 2, which was perfect. The coconut shrimp was delicious, too. Recommend the white sangria. ?

You can compare this restaurant to a sinking ship, watching it slowly go under. My husband and I paid a visit for the first time today in about a year and a half, maybe more. Right from the get go it was a bad experience. There was no hostess, we could hear voices in the background, but no staff to help us. We waited maybe two minutes for someone to show up and take us back to our table. We were told our server would be right with us. We waited almost five minutes before deciding to leave. It’s a shame, this place used to be so good, but now it’s not worth my time or my money. Do us all a favor and close your doors already so you don’t waste anyone else’s time.

I can definitely see why this company is on bankruptcy the biscuits don't taste the same. Portions are very skimpy and everything is so expensive now to make up for the people that horde the shrimp and Lobster and I can understand that but that's just not acceptable for a normal customer not trying to Gorge themselves on specials to bankrupt companies

My mother brought me to this Red Lobster for veterans day, given that I'm a veteran. I ordered a steak cooked medium well and a lobster tail. Everything was beyond overcooked, almost like they put it in the microwave for too long or something. The lobster tail was dried out and nearly impossible to peal out of the shell that it was stuck to. The steak was beyond well done, and like I said, was like trying to eat a dry piece of leather. I just heard this morning that Red Lobster is filing for bankruptcy. With food like this it's not at all a surprise.

My wife and I enjoy coming to Red Lobster and tonight’s experience at dinner was certainly one of the best. Rafael did an outstanding job serving us. We appreciated his positive approach and his helpfulness, even in our decisions regarding side dishes and drinks. In every way Rafael was a shining example of what a server should be, who feels more like a friend.
The food was excellent too by the way. ☺️

Star is literally just that…. A star. My service was absolutely excellent and she handled having so many tables like a boss. I will be returning to this location again just because of her !! She also helped me pick my new favorite off of the menu. There is nothing better than leaving somewhere feeling better than you did when you walk in. That’s the vibe Star created for us. She was so pleasant and her smile was infectious! That girl is doing something right!

I don’t typically go to red lobster often, but that’s going to change! Well it will so long as you don’t get rid of Star (she’s the one who served us). From the moment I saw her she was even walking up to the table with a smile and it wasn’t one of the ‘this is for my job’. She made it feel like she was truly honored to be serving us! The food wasn’t up to par with what I expected but her service truly blew me out of the water! I’m definitely recommending her to anyone I know!
