We ordered to-go yesterday. After a one hour wait past the time that the food was supposed to be ready, we finally received the order. It was a basic order, nothing crazy. We ordered in the mid-afternoon outside of the normal rush hours. The worst part is while my husband sat there inside and waited, no one acknowledged that it was an extreme wait time or said sorry for the inconvenience. Very disappointed in the customer service level. At the very least, if you are going to make a customer wait for one hour for their food- after being told it was ready 20 minutes prior but the food was not brought out- say "sorry for the inconvenience, we will have that out as soon as possible". It's basic customer service 101 and the manager should have known that. This is not the first time this has happened- will not be returning.

Waited 50 minutes when the person that took my order said it would be 10-15 minutes. They weren't busy and now my food that I just paid a ridiculous amount for is cold. And one of the orders was wrong too. At this point what does this restaurant even have going for it? I feel like I just got screwed out of money, time, and a good dinner.

All I can say is ask for Leslie!!!!! She is one of the best waitresses I've had.Amazing service, always on top of any and all refills. Apparently they received a new Manager and also was pleased with them as he stopped to see how things were going. Thanks for a GREAT EXPERIENCE.

This is the worst Red Robin in the area now. The new General Manager Glenn got rid of the best managers that have been there holding it down for the longest time. He is Very unprofessional and made it a very hostile work environment. I don’t recommend anyone to go here or work here. Corporate doesn’t care how he is treating these people. Bad Company!

the waitress was horrible attitude. I told her I don't want alot of ice on my drinks she argue about the alcohol I said is the ice not the drink, drink is fine. I feel embarrassed the way she treat us was disgusting
