never been to a red robin till today! First the staff is wonderful. From Theo, to Stephen, to Mahogany and everyone else we interacted with top notch. Service was on par with much high quality restaurants. Food was good, solid fare, prices reasonable compared to competition in the area but service was untouchable

It's exactly like Applebee's. Generic American food with pop music being too loud to talk. The food slightly better than fast food but not by much. The outside is just like Applebee's nothing really special or eye catching, well besides their special being advertised to you before entering.

Went there today for the Veterans Day meal they offered. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else to get your meal. They take your order and put it on the back burner to get it made for you. I had many other people sat after me getting their food before me. The waiter never kept me informed as to what was happening with the food. After about a hour I informed manager that I wanted to pay for my soda and was leaving. She went back all of sudden they found the burger. Their priority is to take care of the paying customers first. So with that said they should not offer the meal if they think it’s a burden. So went to ihop got my meal in 15 minutes. The 9.99 double burger special with fries and a drink is a great deal. We also got a large side salad for only a couple of dollars. We will definitely be back.

This time we went to the millville red robin was terrible the service was very slow we sat there for 30 minutes before our waiter came to the table and when we finally were able to order the burgers that me and my fiance when they came out they were raw so we got 2 more to go and talked to the manager to see if we could get a discount or some kind of money off because we got served raw food but they said that they could not do it and gave us a free desert coupon instead which in my opinion is ridiculous we paid almost 40 dollars for 2 burgers and got a free desert coupon when the desert only cost like 12 dollars that is crazy

Decent burger. Took forever for them to come back and ask if I wanted more fries. Had to say no even though I wanted them. We had both been done our meals for 5 minutes by that time
And the thing is, it was 4 pm and there were only a handful of customers .
And the music was WAY TOO LOUD

Came for a quick bite and was greeted by Dezani who was bubbly which makes any experience wonderful for your first time. Our waiter, Angelie was absolutely amazing with her sweet personality and had plenty of recommendations. Food came out fast and tasted delicious. Overall, good experience.

The burgers at Red Robin are consistently very good and the fries are always crispy and golden but usually over salted.

If you want a great single or double burger, this is the place to go.
The steak fries are out of this world, and the waiters make sure you always have plenty of them on your plate.
They use great quality beef, and some of their double hamburgers are just humongous. I keep going back to this place all the time.

Can some take a bit to get food and drink. They seem to be training new people often. But the folks who do work here try very hard to keep up and always have a positive attitude.

Loved red robin for a long time. Service was very slow here. Waiter forgot several items. Worst is their promotions now cancel out any royalty rewards. Wouldn't want us to be able to stack too many discounts for being loyal customers. They've also raised prices too much. Will think twice before going back to a red robin anywhere.
