Please take this out of the mall and make it a real stand alone salad works in Vineland!! They don’t have the same ingredients or quality in these mall locations.

How can you have a name like salad works but you don’t have romaine lettuce? I swear this place was trying to pass off brown, wilted iceberg lettuce as romaine. Salad was swimming in dressing and again, the lettuce was gross. I used to come here all the time back in the day, but the quality of ingredients has gone way down and the prices have gone way up. I paid $18 for a Caesar WITHOUT chicken and a medium soda. The only pleasant part of the experience was the girl who made my salad, she was a sweetheart.

At 7:46pm I started getting closer to the Salad Works entrance and before I could even step foot in the establishment a worker shouted out “We are closed.” I asked the lady if she was able to make one more salad since nothing was packed up .. She was very dismissive and didn’t even use words to tell me she couldn’t just shook her head no and walked away. No customer should feel as an inconvenience. They stayed open for another 15 minutes before closing the gates. If a restaurant says a closing time they should stop serving at that closing time. Either way the customer service was not warm or welcoming and I walked away with such a distasteful feeling.

if the store closes at 8, the food should be available until then. they shouldn’t have most of the ingredients put away by 730 and say that’s all they have. very disappointing and frustrating.

Olivia was awesome when I came in for a salad last month and tonight. Olivia is a person that understands people with special needs who like their salads made a certain way and will not have it any other way then the salad in the picture for Saladworks where no one else other than Bob understands. Thank You Olivia for being so kind and understanding to the point where my salads were made to perfection. Olivia makes a huge difference in my life when I go to Saladworks when Bob is not there. Thanks again.

I ordered a custom salad with feta. I was sent a salad with this soggy, moldy cheese (no, it’s not blue cheese) that had a pungent odor which was a dead give away that it was not edible. My daughter thought maybe it was just blue cheese and, despite my warning that blue cheese would not have the wet appearance that this cheese did, she tasted it. She confirmed it was moldy feta and promptly vomited. The whole order was thrown away.

The employees were great but it would be better if they stopped mixing rotten lettuce in with fresh in an attempt to get rid of it

Very inattentive staff of young adults who don’t even greet you. They stated the seating area was closed at 6 pm when the Cumberland Mall closed at 8 that night.
