We ordered two cappuccinos. The coffee was very weak and the flavor not very strong. The staff was nice but slow. It is a convenient place to sit and relax while shopping in the area.
I release that it's Easter Sunday, but the attitude is got from a server there was uncalled for. I ordered a large latte and cheese Danish. The server ( young women, with pigtails, tall, dark hair) after being reminded I ordered a danish, tosses it at me. Not handed it me, but tossed. I like to know what I did to piss her off. Do you really need a server like that to represent your brand? If so I'll just get my coffee from Dukin Dounts.

I placed an order at this place and I had to cancel it because the lady who placed my order did not know how to place my order, and I had to go somewhere else, so I leave you a photo so you know how it is prepared and what it looks like.

Lady didn’t wanna make an iced English breakfast tea latte because it’s a process told me they don’t have that in the menu. Instead of arguing I just left. It’s clearly on the menu on the app.

I always come here, never have a problem. I went in at 9:00 last night and the place closes at 9:30. I ordered a Frappuccino and the girl tells me she just cleaned the blender and can’t make my drink. You don’t close till 9:30 so why are you cleaning so early? I thought that was rude and bad customer service. She was just lazy! Sorry!! Plus other people were turned away also after me!

Got my order completely wrong. And there phone line doesnt work.
Coffee that tastes like it was burned. Prices way too high. Food quality could be better... it's just not made fresh on the premises.
