We ordered two cappuccinos. The coffee was very weak and the flavor not very strong. The staff was nice but slow. It is a convenient place to sit and relax while shopping in the area.

I always come here, never have a problem. I went in at 9:00 last night and the place closes at 9:30. I ordered a Frappuccino and the girl tells me she just cleaned the blender and can’t make my drink. You don’t close till 9:30 so why are you cleaning so early? I thought that was rude and bad customer service. She was just lazy! Sorry!! Plus other people were turned away also after me!

I really love the Starbucks at the Cumberland Mall. The new design looks excellent. There is something for everyone. Whether you love hot coffee, iced coffee, Frappuccinos, or something fruity, they have it. Me, I love my cappuccino screaming hot with a touch of vanilla bean powder. The baristas are always friendly. Shout out to Meredith, she’s friendly and welcoming!
