Lets start by saying this location is always busy and I don't know why unless it's the only one around. I stopped going here. It's the closest one to my work. The staff are more like robots. You can come in with a name tag and they will still ask you your name. Why. Because they don't look at you. More often then not they either don't call your order out when it's done or call it and slide it as they walk away. Done skill done have of not tipping drinks. But when you are right there they can look at you not the counter to hand you the drink. Remove the bells from the doors I bet you they will never know it opens till they have a line of angry people. Then let's go to the making of the drinks. They are terrible at following directions. And none of them do the drink the same way. I order the same thing no matter what one i go to. I know how it gets made even after they changed your they do it. The staff alone is enough reason to not go there. Missing things with a drink here and there. That's proof they are human. But not having a true interaction. You might as well be like McDonald's and burger king. Just put up the kiosks to order from.

Do not go inside. The team seemed very unorganized and did not prioritize in store orders. We waited for over 25 min for two drinks. We saw mobile orders completed before we even finished ordering that were still waiting for pick up, and people came in after us and received their drinks first. After commenting about the long wait, they made one drink, started the other and instead of finishing it, started 5 or 6 more drinks before just placing the cold foam on top. Was not worth waiting for so long. And the staff was inattentive.

This Starbucks is hit or miss, my drink taste a little different sometimes, I don’t know if that is normal. Service also is hit or miss, depends on who is serving you. Overall not horrible though

Just go to Dunkin! The hassle, price and attitude isn't worth it! I will NEVER go to this location again! Quoting the MANGER "well if you want the same coffee you got @ the Starbucks on the turn pike go back and get it there cuz your not gonna get it here"

Went through the drive through asking about flavors bc they aren't all listed and ended up speaking to 2 different people. Got to the window somehow the total for a large cappuccino \added flavors and a small chai latte \added flavors totaled $23. They made 2 different large coffees \flavors and the sm chai AND they were all made wrong. The manager told me "well that's what you ordered sounds like you don't know what you want and I had to go inside if I wanted them remade bc the line was long." Ended up just taking the chai for my son, one of the crappy coffees and returning the 3rd I didn't order (which she only gave back $6) I didn't have the time to wait in line in the store and she was rushing me out of the drive through and never gave me a receipt either. They are not patient with customers at allll! "Well I can't make it if you don't know what you want" seriously? that's why I'm asking you! ok look my son's autistic I'm really trying to get this right bc he's particular about taste. Manager "I have 2 boys of my own I don't need you to tell me about your son"

Kid-friendliness: The one manager with tattoos and attitude is NOT kid friendly or special needs friendly either.

Employees were so fast and efficient. Ambiance was great, my latte (caramel oat milk latte) was ok and I say that because it had an odd after taste. My family enjoyed their blueberry muffin , which was really good , and their cappuccino. The tables were a bit messy but overall great atmosphere and lovely people.

Best Starbucks ever!!!! I have been a daily Starbucks customer for about 20 years now. I order a custom coffee which is a simple 2 ingredient coffee if you just listen and pay attention for 5 seconds. I always have the hardest time and get such attitude at every store I order it at except for this store!! I have been to many different locations all over the country and even stopped going for a few years because no one pays attention and just listens to the way I want it. Moved here a few years ago and thought I’d give this store a shot. From day one they had no issues because they actually care to make your coffee the way you want. I can’t believe what a pleasure it is to come here. Even my husband raves about the staff here. It took me 20 yrs to find a well functioning Starbucks and it starts my day off on the right note. Happy? staff is so friendly and accommodating. Manager leads by example. Please give all of them a raise! They deserve it!
