“My husband Frank and I decided to go to Taco Bell on Landis and we were blown away from the minute we arrived we were greeted with a smile and a welcome to Taco Bell! One of the employees Senasia went above and beyond to make sure our food was great ( I'm picky). My husband want a larger portion of meat and she smile and gave options. Amazing Customer Service someone like her is what all restaurants need. I hope Taco Bell is realizing her worth and values her. So I don't know how much she gets paid but myself and husband know she deserves more. I wish they could get tips because we definitely would. My husband said they should at least have a tip jar. We are business owners and want her on our team but she has been a faithful employee for 3 years to you guys she told my husband. You guys hopefully appreciate her because there are companies (ours)🤣😂🤣 that would definitely take her and your other workers.“
“I call this afternoon looking for the Baja Blast Pie. (I've been waiting for it to come out forever!)
Fully expected an attitude when the girl answered the phone. ( No fault of her own - I was just preparing for it, lol. )
She was super sweet, and told me they did have the pie. The drive through was super quick at Lunch time on a Saturday. The girl at the window was nice.
And I got my pie, for $20.... [It's super sweet. I don't really think it tastes like Baja blast, more like sour gummy worms.] But I very much enjoyed it and my interaction with the staff.
-side note if you do get the pie.... It's supposed to be frozen!-“
