We have ordered delivery from this location 3 times and all 3 times something has either been so wrong we can't eat it because of food restrictions, or something is missing. This is getting ridiculous, fix your customer service.

This AI system sucks. It messed up my order. Then they told me at the window they couldn’t fix my order that I had to go back around and reorder. I asked for a refund and the manager refunded some of the money back. I had to go inside to get the rest of my refund. Don’t waste your time coming here. Never again.

Location is easy to find. Service was quick, food was hot, soda was good tasting too. They had a drive thru rush, but order still came out timely.
My husband Frank and I decided to go to Taco Bell on Landis and we were blown away from the minute we arrived we were greeted with a smile and a welcome to Taco Bell! One of the employees Senasia went above and beyond to make sure our food was great ( I'm picky). My husband want a larger portion of meat and she smile and gave options. Amazing Customer Service someone like her is what all restaurants need. I hope Taco Bell is realizing her worth and values her. So I don't know how much she gets paid but myself and husband know she deserves more. I wish they could get tips because we definitely would. My husband said they should at least have a tip jar. We are business owners and want her on our team but she has been a faithful employee for 3 years to you guys she told my husband. You guys hopefully appreciate her because there are companies (ours)🤣😂🤣 that would definitely take her and your other workers.

went here with a few friends, gone here before as well but service is speedy and great! tacos are always delicious and definitely a better location than the one in Millville. food comes out piping hot and orders are taken fast regardless of priority, workers are also very polite and the portions are not stingy at all, they make sure to load you up on whatever you’re getting. highly recommend Taco Bell overall and especially this location!
