Day shift sucks. Their customer service is lacking immensely. The window was shut in my face before I could even say "thank you". They skimp on everything from actual entrees to simple cups of sauce .
Night shift is out of this world amazing. The food is always perfect. Specifically, the gentleman with the long dread locks has excellent customer service. If he is not a manager, he should be.

Update!! 11/7/2024 Today, my son visited the drive thru in the Vineland location. Something was VERY wrong with our meal tonight. From the frozen drinks to the cinnamon twists. We ended up tossing the majority of our food because it tasted like poison! Literally ☠️ POISONOUS ☠️ as if someone had put a chemical of some sort into our drinks and cinnamon twists. It tasted so OFF, that I had others in my home do a little taste test. We were all in agreement that something was very wrong. Not sure what’s going on in your store Taco Bell or who you’re hiring these days, but something was so not right with our drinks and meal tonight, that we tossed the remainder of our order. You may want to check your cameras too, to make certain this wasn’t an intentional act. Really hopeful that my family doesn’t end up with food poisoning or worse.
Today, a friend and I visited Taco Bell, Landis Ave in Vineland. I wanted to make sure to leave a nice review, because we had excellent service and our food was great! The cashier was super sweet and friendly, and when our food was ready, she kindly brought it out to our table. THANK YOU Taco Bell for a way better than usual, dining experience! It was a very pleasant visit, thanks to your staff! Sending LOVE,

Super friendly and professional- the manager was doing an amazing job training new team members and communicating things to the staff. Most people might not think twice about it, but hearing how well the team worked together and feeling like they actually wanted to be there put this location well above others. Food is always good and I would recommend this location

My experience was awful.... I called literally ten times nobody answered the phone. My food was cold very sloppy. My chalupa was cold. Service was not up to par.
